Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

The dealership is one of a kind. The GM was loads of fun and took care of everything.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

While you?re waiting their waiting room has a huge coffee station with many varieties, a popcorn machine, snacks and a nice area to watch tv. The Hawk Subaru experience has been great from the start. I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Bought 2013 SLE 4cyl Terrain used and a year old in 2014. It's 2022 and it has 35,000 miles on it This little truck is like a race car. Had to replace the transmission. It blew up as I left getting it inspected. Pretty stupid that it's impossible to check Trans fluid . whos dumb idea was that? Signals come,on randomly. Tires are difficult to find 235/60/17 101.. This Little SUV is ridiculously fast for a 4 cyl 4 banger!!

After contacting the dealership via cars.com I received an email communication from a sales representative saying the car was in stock and available to view. I wrote back and stated, I would be available the following day in the afternoon and left my phone number. After not hearing back from the sales representative. I drove to the dealership the next day and walked into the store. The few sales people that were in the showroom appeared to be busy with other customers and no one was at the welcome desk. I looked at the car outside near the front of the store, but left a few minutes later. The sales person did follow up with me the next day and apologized as it was their day off when I was there. I appreciated the communication, but did purchase a new car at another dealership.
