I don’t usually write reviews, but Schomp Hyundai in Arvada has earned this one. Over the last few years, this dealership has leased me three vehicles: a 2023 Kona, a 2025 Ioniq 5, and now a brand-new 2026 Ioniq 5. That alone should say something, but the why matters more. When my Kona lease was nearing the end, I fully expected to turn it in and start shopping around. Before I even had the chance, Attila Szabo reached out, not with pressure, not with gimmicks, but with an actual, genuinely great offer on an Ioniq 5. I wasn’t even sure another Ioniq 5 was financially realistic after federal and state rebates… turns out it absolutely was. The deal made so much sense that now we somehow have two Ioniq 5s in the driveway. What really blew me away was the efficiency. Schomp had something like 250 Ioniq 5s in stock, so once I picked the exact one I wanted, the financing process took about 20 minutes. No exaggeration. No drawn-out back room waiting. No “let me talk to my manager” theater. Just clean, fast, respectful execution. Huge credit to Attila and Manuel Ayodele for making it feel effortless. This dealership also backs it up after the sale. The service department has been consistently excellent. I’ve never waited more than an hour for routine maintenance, which feels almost unheard of these days. They respect your time just as much as your business. I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

It was a very good experience. The personnel there are friendly and helpful and create a very comfortable atmosphere that would be highly appreciative of anyone interested in buying a car. They give options without being too suggestive and respect the customers decision. If I could give some advise, I would always provide 2 sets of keys to the customer. I only got one and I feel like I should not have to deal with going somewhere else to buy a spare in case of something happening to the original key. The customers down payment should allow for 2 keys.

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I went to this dealership because they had a used car that I had found. I had my own financing. My sales representative, Jay, was a very nice. We took the car for a test drive, I noticed the windshield had several chips and one large crack. They agreed to replace the windshield. I found out that they do not negotiate on price, so what you see is what you get. They were a little bit pushy on trying to get me to use their financing even though we declared up front we had our own financing but this is the case at most dealerships. After agreeing to buy the car it took several hours of waiting for them to get the paperwork done. Once the paperwork was done, the signing part was quick. Yay digital signatures! Again, the finance department was pushing their warranty/Gap insurance but my bank has always had a better price on these. I?m not sure where the miscommunication came but my paperwork was not sent to the bank so I had to follow up with them to get it sent over several days later. Once they received the check they washed the car up and we picked it up. As they promised they got the windshield replaced several days later. Overall, if they had another vehicle I wanted to get, I would go back.

I visited the AutoNation Toyota website for the Arapahoe location. I found a used RAV4 that matched what I was looking for in a car and was also in my budget. I submitted a request to take a look at the vehicle, and shortly after I was contacted by the salesman Joshua, he asked me about my interest in the car and if I wanted to set up to test drive it. Once I was committed to buying the car, Joshua set me up to meet with the financial advisor at Toyota, I walked in originally financed through a credit union I had used in the past, but after speaking to the financial advisor at Toyota, I changed my mind, and I financed through you, you offered a better rate, and also some wonderful warranties were included in that as well. The entire process from beginning to end felt not pressured, and that?s what I was afraid of going into this as someone who had never bought a car on my own before. My husband and I talked about the great experience we had, and we know this will be our place to go for cars in the future not only buying, but for general maintenance and repairs as well.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!
