This review is in full support of Clement Hyundai – a dealership located in Wentzville, MO – which has shown remarkable, above-and-beyond customer care. At the end of our leasing period for a 2020 Palisade, my wife and I purchased the car outright. The transaction was handled smoothly and thoroughly by salesman Jeremy Null. Following that, our car needed to go through a few inspections for the warranty coverage. In doing that, there was a faulty wiper installed -- requiring the car to go back in to get it fixed. While this could have been a very frustrating experience – as we live more than 30 miles from the dealership – the team at Clement Hyundai went above and beyond for us, recognizing the inconvenience. Especially Jeremy and General Sales Manager Patrick Piper. They picked our vehicle up and delivered a loaner, as well as provided other coupons etc. to make up for the situation. When my wife realized she left my daughter’s dance recital tickets in the glove box, they drove out to our home to deliver them to us. That’s the kind of operation they run: one that has the customer at the center of what they do. I’ve never experienced such superior customer service from any other local dealership – and I’ve owned BMWs, Audis, Toyotas, Hondas, Fords and other makes and models. I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

He was able to help me out on my used 2013 Ford Focus having clutch issues and get me back on the road... my original dealership told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I took it over here and I wish I went here way sooner. After only having my car for a day, I could tell they were doing more work than my original dealership ever did. They found my "shuttering" issue and was able to get it fixed after a battle with Ford in approving the repair. They also found issues that my original dealership missed/caused. They took care of me- instead of a 5000 dollar job, it only resulted in 440 dollars. Tyson was excellent and I felt like he knew what he was doing the whole time. He kept me in the loop and explained everything perfectly. I never once got an impression he was trying to screw me or run a fast one on me- it was the exact opposite. I knew I could trust him and he was trying to help me. Tyson you are the best sir!!!! I will be coming back anytime my car faces issues. I can trust Tyson and Jack Schmitt. Thank you guys for turning a very stressful situation into a sigh of a relief and getting me back on the road. My vehicle drives brand new and I know you guys did your work and did a great job!!

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Great team! I Was a walk-in. Friendly helpful staff - went into look at a Canyon. I found the truck online. Salesman TJ helped with locating the truck and brought it up to the showroom. Even washed it prior to me seeing it ! Great financial staff. Quick and easy!! I Will return in the future for more vehicles.

READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

Taking a 12-year-old CTS Sport Wagon to a Cadilllac dealership for service tends to make one brace oneself for the onslaught of potential sales pitch that naturally occurs when an older model comes in for service and the dealership is in the business of selling brand new ones. To my pleasant surprise the approach was quite the opposite and Terry, along with members of the sales staff, all seemed genuinely happy to provide service work without the sales pitch. The work was completed quickly and the car remains the reliable and fun-to-drive car that has been a testament to the make's time-honored claim as "Standard of the World". Even when I mentioned that a new Cadillac might be in the cards someday, the staff was happy to know they were helping keep one of the most iconic models that Cadillac has produced in recent years on the road. Thank you, Terry and the staff who worked diligently to get my car repaired and back to me well within the time frame that had been promised.

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.
