While my initial intent was simply to support her in purchasing her first vehicle, I ended up trading in my own car and driving away in a brand-new 2026 Equinox — while she purchased a 2025 Colorado. I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

I have owned 5 of the 2018-19 terrains. I have had the 1.5 gas, 2.0 gas and the 1.6 diesel. The power on the 2.0 is awesome. Mileage on the 1.5 is good. Mileage on the 1.6 diesel is great. I have 336,000 miles on my diesel. It has had lots of issues due to emissions and transmissions. Last week it got a new engine as well. The car is a great car but I would recommend the 1.5 gas for most people. The terrain is comfortable and makes a great work or travel vehicle. Size is easy to park with plenty of leg room.

We bought our first Odyssey with executive 12 years ago. That experience was wonderful. So when it came time for a new Odyssey we came back. Well, this time around was even better!!! Dominick was great to work with. is communication with us, during the process of obtaining our van, was top notch! Damian handled all the financial questions and paperwork with skill and patience. I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I was hesitant to purchase a car in another state but this dealership made the process seamless. the price was lower than the prices in NY and the staff were attentive, courteous and attentive. READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

I really enjoy the Terrain. Traded in our beloved Mercedes R350. It was dream to driving on the highway. Our list for new vehicle was easy to get in and out without climbing up or down. No leather seats, hate leather seats, panoramic roof, engine power, get up and go, some luxurious in the vehicle, an easy info console. Before we took a test drive, we did our following tests. How easy to get in and out of the vehicles, leg space (our son is 6'4"). Only wanted two row seating, comfort seating. We checked all other makes. Spend awhile day going from different Dealerships of different makes and models. Didn't want to speak to car salesman, just let us do our preliminary test, on different makes and models. Then we look at the warranties. Finally took take a test drive. Was blown away at the get up and go of the Terrain, pleasantly surprised at the safety features and options it comes with. After almost a month, trips outside the city to the mountains and back. We are really happy with the purchase of the Terrain. Seven years warranty bumper to bumper, ten years on the powertrain. The true fuel economy really surprised me, it doesn't bother me that I have use 91 fuel because of the 2 liter engine. Had to use it on the Mercedes so no change there.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine
