I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Last month, I purchased a set of tires from them because they were the most affordable. (It was a great experience!) And last week, their Express Service Manager, Dan Ray, demonstrated his technical excellence in helping his team to solve my “engine warning light “ problem in a remarkably short time. The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.

We had a great experience. We had been in the market for a used car. We had been looking and looking for months. We ran into a 2009 Ford Mustang that my kiddo absolutely loved. I called and spoke to David (owner) after talking for a few minutes I told him I lived 2 hours away. He said to call him before I came out to make sure the vehicle was there and it wasn't a wasted trip. I did just that and he told me that he would give me a verbal hold with no obligation to buy. We show up and the car is just as pretty as the pictures. We test drove it and the wheel bearing need to be replaced because of a little noise that we heard. They took care of that in no time. It was a hot day and he sent someone out to get us water. He told me everything I needed to know about the car. He also gave us a 3 month in shop warranty. Needless to say at the end we purchased the car. He filled up the gas tank and sent us on our way. I in no way felt pressured to buy this car. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back to this car lot. I forgot to add he went outside with my daughter to show her the extras the car had. They (David and his wife) gave her a little flashlight to carry on her key chain. I walked away not only a happy customer but a happy customer with a fancy pen they gave me lol. To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

came here to get a used car for my 16th birthday with my mom and was expecting a more sketchy experience for the advertised prices online but it was a very nice building/office ran by a husband and wife that were both very attentive and knowledgeable about their cars. husband didnt stalk us as we looked but was ready to answer any questions we had and provide keys for any car we were interested in. there was no pressure, no bait and switch, no false advertisement, and it was overall a really nice experience with these nice people. they have kids themselves and love to talk about them which automatically improved my trust. they have lots of stories and information to tell to new drivers and i actually learned quite a bit ! my mom did end up purchasing a chevy cruze the next day and there were no hidden fees or suprises and we took it home with no problems. i highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a decent used car because of the intuitive trust i have for these people. great experience overall :)
