Their service department is very good at detailing the recommended work - even send a video of the multi point inspection so you can see exactly why they recommend certain services. East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Taking it on road trip Oklahoma to Key West Florida w/ stopover in Tennessee. I am getting 30 mpg running 75 mph. It handled like a dream going through Smokie mt. I was getting 32 mpg there. I like the ride on the interstates & I love the adaptive cruise control.

We traded in our 2019 Buick Encore for this Terrain. Let's just say WOW on the room and comfort. We travel back and forth from NC to Ohio as family lives in both States. Well the Encore was nice on gas but not comfortable on long trips at all. This has great leg room (heated seats (both back and bottom) and this is a game changer for me with my arthritis. The cameras in this car are awesome. You can see clearly what is behind you when backing up. The lane assist will give you a little buzz in the seat on the side you have drifted too or if you are getting too close to an object or person when backing up. Nice cargo area. The back seat can also handle 3 adults with enough leg room. It's very comfy back there, I road in the back on the test drive since I sometimes sit in the back on trips so I can n change positions more. The 15 inch info center is impressive for sure. Still learning how to use it. If you want comfort in a nice looking SUV this is the one for you.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.
