Found the truck I wanted and buying was easy. However, both the dealership and myself didn't see before the truck left the dealership that it had a broken lens on one of the fog lights. I went back a few days later to see what could they do, but one person gave me nothing. The salesman had to step in and set up that we each pay half. In the past, this would not have been a problem. Service dept. is top notch. Great guys.

Wilson County Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership is one of the best dealerships that I have been to in my 50 years of owning new vehicles. The facility is extremely clean, and the waiting area is one of the best. They are also very accommodating in scheduling a service call. Everyone from sales to service department are very nice and friendly. We even bring our grandchildren with us since they enjoy looking at the new models and they like the playroom. I recently purchased a 2025 4Runner from Modern Toyota of Boone and I can't say enough about the professionalism of my Sales Advisor, Kevin P. He patiently answered the multitude of questions I had regarding the vehicle and overall created a very pleasant buying experience. I wanted to purchase some accessories for the vehicle and have them installed. There were a few hiccups concerning part availability when I arrived for the installation, but my Service Advisor Alura C. made it right. I appreciated the actions she undertook to have correct parts shipped to the dealership and for them to be promptly installed. I had purchased an older 4Runner from Modern of Boone in 2011 and I can honestly say that the high level of service provided then is still the standard they operate under today.

Our salesman, Mason was very helpful and knowledgeable and so was the manager. The loan manager was friendly and not pushy. He got us financing fast and a very good rate. All the staff were the best. I even spoke with the owner a few minutes. He was a hoot! We are very happy with our new Buick!
