I came in for oul change and my Rear riverside tire leaking down. it took over 3 hours to complete work. I was grateful that the tire was replaced with a new one., but they did not put valve stem cover back on nor did they clean the white sealant material from around tire and wheel. I think they could have been more customer focused

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. My salesman Riley was especially helpful and patient with me making choices and costs. He also walked me through setting up phone ,etc.

The customer service was great. I have tow complaints: 1. A 3% surcharge when using a credit card which everyone pays with. 2. The waiting room was freezing. I know it?s extremely hot outside but it was very uncomfortable in the waiting area.

This was the absolute best and fastest vehicle buying experience I've ever had! I talked to Chief through phone calls and texts periodically over the course of 2 days working through my deal. By the third day we came to an agreement on my trade value and purchase price with little to no haggling and Chief had my credit approval and paperwork finalized all before I even walked into the dealership and he was able to shop around to find me the best interest rate! He was even able to beat Eglin FCU's rate! I was in and out of the dealership with my new truck in less than an hour! About 2 months ago I went to the dealership for an oil change. Have an appointment at 11 o'clock in the morning. around 12 want to go see the service adviser asking where my car was at, he went to go To find out where my vehicle was at. It was still in the parking lot. All they had to say was they were sorry. I waited an hour and I had an appointment and nobody did nothing about it They haven't even started the oil change at 12 o'clock.
