I was concerned about the oil life percentage. I called for service and I was able to get a Friday when I was available. I originally was going to wait but a friend agreed to pick me up! The service desk was accommodating and the car was ready on time!

I Ordered my 2023 Sierra 2500HD at Barlow and not everything went as smooth as I thought it should. Building and ordering a new HD truck is not something you get to learn by experience. The average buyer just doesn?t do it more than once in a life time. However, After driving the Truck for 2 &1/2 years I couldn?t be happier. What seemed to matter during the experience of ordering, waiting And excepting delivery of the truck quickly became non issues as I am throughly enjoying the truck and using it as originally intended. Jamie who was our salesman has been attentive and and always willing to assist with answering questions and helping us u destined the technical aspects of the truck. I?ve had all of my service done at Barlow and I?m not usually optimistic when dealing with a Dealership service department but the staff and technicians at Barlow have been amazing fair and reasonable. Recently Alison has gone above and beyond in addressing issue I?ve brought to them. Can?t say enough. I?ll admit I only try to keep my expectations low but Barlow service has far exceeded them.

Every time I get a service done the customer service experience is impeccable. Although I travel 45 mins out it is worth it because I do not get the same experience with GMC service companies closer to home. Keep up the great work and the staff is always warm and friendly.

Wonderful experience. Mike my sales guy was very informative, patient and honest. I was very comfortable with him helping me choose the right vehicle for me. He listened to me with what I was looking for and the monthly amount I wanted to spend and never tried to steer me away of what I wanted. I couldn?t find the GMC truck I wanted nearby but found it at Coleman. It was well worth the drive from the shore. Great service. Low pressure sales. My salesman Jesse was great.
