When my wife and I landed at ORD, the car was spotless and ready to go. Finance Manager Mike Lazzara had all documents sent ahead so I could DocuSign, making the delivery quick and smooth. Sales Manager Matt Knudson, GSM Jerry Spanier, and Andrew Sytsma (who wasn’t my salesman but still took time to chat and share product knowledge) all played a part in making this one of the easiest purchases I’ve ever had. I usually don't do reviews, but have to give a shout out to Jamie for making the process easy. I was not in the mood to buy a car and all I wanted was simplicity. Jamie understood that and didn't hassle me, which was the right call because I literally walked away from another dealership for being too pushy on upgrades and financing. I'm happy with my purchase and my experience with Jamie at Woody. Never thought I'd get a Buick, but it's super cute and I think I'll enjoy having it just as much as I enjoyed my last car.
