Straightforward, now hassling, price reasonable and they worked fast. I’ve been at dealerships for 6-8 hours buying this took literally 2 hours including test drive. No pressure to buy additional packages. Great communication from the initial email with Allan online about the car! Helpful tips from the General Manager about financing. I didn’t feel treated differently as woman or taken advantage of. If you are looking for a used vehicle please check them out! I love the fact the GM Tony was hands on often you never see them! Great family suv.
Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Well, I don’t know who gives this place a bad review! Michelle was A W E S O M E!!! She was funny and personable and engaging and knowledgeable and informative and helpful and fun!!! She explained everything in detail and the car I probe 2 hours to see was exactly as Fadi (initial salesman) described! I’m in love with this Mustang! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car from them again. I went to Echo Park the week before and the car was trashed. They also had ridiculous fees that you couldn’t opt out of. This was by FAR a better buying experience. 5 stars? More like 10 stars!! A+++
