Very low key no pressure. Our salesman Ed was great, he took the time to sit with my daughter in the car to go over all the features. Big John the manager was great to work with. Probably the best car purchase experience I have had.

From the sales people to the service department, they are professional, courteous and everyone tries hard to make sure your experience buying a new or used car is a great one. I always have a pleasant experience when I have my car serviced at Lester Glen Buick GMC. My questions are answered and the price that I am quoted is the price that I paid. If there are any issues big or small, I am made aware of. The only issue I had was making the appointment online. Once I made a call, it was taken care of immediately.
