The showroom clearly got a renovation - bright, spacious, organized. Staff wear uniforms and name badges, and the waiting area has plenty of seats. Looks and feels professional.

It’s been six months since I bought my GMC Terrain here. The car’s great - roomy, comfortable, easy to drive. I use their service center regularly. Staff are friendly and parts are genuine, but brake disc replacement seems a bit pricey. Might compare next time.

I bought two cars from Mike Barrows. Mike's salesmanship goes unmatched. He did not pressure us at any point and was always willing to do his best on a price for us. Slightly disappointed: I wanted a specific Yukon trim that was listed online, but by the time I arrived, it was already sold. The manager Ken apologized, offered another option and a service discount. Fair enough, though I wish listings updated faster.

I worked with Marilyn and she was great. She had the truck I was purchasing ready when I arrived, fully detailed, fresh oil change, and a full tank of gas. And the dealer does not charge any bogus fees. Marilyn was great and I would recommend this dealership.
