We were handled professionally and would return. The salesman was aware of what features were important to us and insured that the car we purchased had all of them and more.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

Have grandchildren with sporting equipment. I have a heavy boat and a steep slippery boat ramp. Family weekends and vacations need grandpa and his Yukon XL. Little ones watch movies on long trips. They are very quiet when occupied. Had suburbans from 1985 until Yukon XLs beginning 2001.

Super impressed with this dealership. Not at all what you'd expect in a "city" dealership. Spotlessly clean, open, bright . . . and friendly. Plenty to choose from. Didn't feel pressured at all. And they were very flexible (I can be kinda demanding). Great on the price. Highly recommend this store! i know some people scared about salvage but you fill comfortable when they let you to take it to your own mechanic shop or local dealer to check, they also give us warranty as no cost.

I have owned Jeeps since the early 80's, but they did not have anything in their lineup that suited my taste. I wanted a full sized SUV and this is the mac-daddy of SUVs. The one I bought had the Denali trim and on top of that it had the Denali Ultimate package which gives you all the bells and whistles.

I love driving my 2015 GMC Yukon XL SLT because it's really spacious and it's really great to drive in the winter. It's good on gas and perfect for family 💯💯

Everything went perfect at the dealership From salesman, Carlos Carter and his team being very friendly, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. They were able to secure financing quickly for me. Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.
