Used GMC Yukon XL for sale near Springfield, LA

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal!! Zero push, zero problems! I have never ever bought a vehicle with this much ease and quickness!! They had me done on their end before my bank was done! This will be my buying home from now on!! They even re detailed my truck! It already looked great!!

The oil change and tire rotation service went well. I have always taken my vehicle to get the oil changed since I made the purchased from Ross Downing. Great service and very professional.

Great buying experience. Anthony Biagas answered all of my questions and concerns by phone, email or text. I only went to the dealership after a price was agreed upon. This made it very easy for me. Matt Reed explained everything to me about the truck and was very knowledgeable. There was never any pressure. I would definitely deal with Robinson Brothers again!

Jason Payne definitely made the purchase process the easiest! My husband recently had back surgery, so we were able to do everything very quickly, all we had to do was sign papers when we got to the dealership!! We were at the dealership less than an hour! Hailee was great to work with. My 2020 Jeep GC busted a water pump. Service got it repaired along with some other parts. That lifetime warranty is awesome.

I was traveling from Louisiana to Louisville ky. My fuel pump went out i contacted a few dealers and was told it would be jan 31 or feb before they would even look at it. I called Robinson Brothers and BRAD got the car on Monday and had it fixed by Tuesday afternoon so i could get back home to my family. I recommend them to any one in baton Rouge. I bought our 2007 Yukon XL Denali in 2018 when it was 11 years old. I bought it with 192,000 miles as a 2nd vehicle, and it now has 242,000 miles and is our primary traveling vehicle. It is by far the best family vehicle I have ever owned. I did some maintenance to it when I first bought it, such as front suspension work and a few other things, but it has been absolutely reliable and has never let us down in thousands of miles of road trips. We have two kids, and often take trips with our in-laws, so all six of us fit in comfort plus the dog. Best of all, when it does need maintenance, everyone and their sister knows how to work on it, and parts are cheap and widely available.

Overall a good experience! I wasn't being pushed by the salesman at all, which is how it should be. Also, answered all of my questions honestly. We will buy from them again when we need another vehicle. Caleb (salesman) did awesome, never felt awkward, or uncomfortable. Scot

Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.
