I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

Alot of these reviews need to understand this is a USED CAR DEALERSHIP! Not a new car dealership thus meaning you might have a MINOR problem with obe of the vehicles or you might not! Complaints about a USED car is weird. ALL the cars I've gotten from them have been great and that's why I keep going back. For the cars and for the people! Ordered a 2023 GMC Yukon XL Denali Diesel 4 wheel drive in March of 2023. Took GM 5 months to pick up the order even though I adjusted a few minor options that were on constraint to have the order picked up (these were items I could purchase the parts and have the dealer install such as illuminated GMC emblem, Denali door sills, illuminated GMC cargo sill, cross rails for roof carrier). I wanted the diesel for the mileage and longevity. I am very satisfied with everything with the vehicle so far. Ordered the 20 inch rims/tires for a better ride. The ride quality is remarkable, so smooth. I drive a combination city/rural each day and I average 25 or more MPG. I have 9000 miles on it so far, and not one single issue with it. It is smooth, quiet, and and packed with technology. Goes through the snow with no problem. I have had 7 Suburbans, Yukon XL's and Escalades and in the past, full size Cadillac Broughams, and this is the best riding vehicle out of all of them. I am very satisfied. The only issue is the price has gone through the roof to purchase new. The Suburban and Yukon XL used to be more affordable new. My previous 2015 GMC Yukon XL Denali has an engine issue (camshaft issue even though the oil was changed at the dealer every 3K miles) at 165K miles and I had to trade it in quickly, so the dealer took it on trade when I ordered the 2023, and they wholesaled it. I was not going to buy another one with the 6.2 liter engine again.I really hope the diesel will go for many miles and years, and so far this vehicle has had no problems what so ever. Very glad I made the decision to try it again with the diesel engine this time. If the diesel was not available I would not have bought another GM full size SUV. Classic Painesville Ohio is the best to work with for sales, service and parts. They kept me posted throughout the purchase process and were very fair with the amount for the trade in and purchase price for the new vehicle.

I brought my car in for an oil change and multi point inspection. the inspection dealed that I a front brake issue. Mike, the employee I dealt with describe the issue and what it would take to repair it and how long I would have to wait he offered free transportation home if I wanted. because of the distance that I would have to travel there and back to home, I opted to delight the two hours in the lounge. I had coffee and water and I was fine. Mike came in several times to talk about the repair. He also said he had a rebate coupon I could use and he pointed out. I had points in my Buick awards account that I could convert to dollars to pay for the repair. That was very good service save me money and the car is running fine

I recently had to bring my used car in for a vibrating brake pedal, and the service I received was outstanding. The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust. I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

This is a wonderful family car. We raised our 4 children driving this vehicle. This is the 2nd Yukon XL we have owned. We have moved kids to college, towed hauls and driven cross country several times on family trips. LOVE this car!

Have grandchildren with sporting equipment. I have a heavy boat and a steep slippery boat ramp. Family weekends and vacations need grandpa and his Yukon XL. Little ones watch movies on long trips. They are very quiet when occupied. Had suburbans from 1985 until Yukon XLs beginning 2001.
