This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

It is a great truck with great capabilities! although i must say, some of the technology in this car has its low points. Center stack tends to not cooperate during bluetooth pairing and the headlights have poor illumination to the point i had to retrofit LED bulbs for better visibility. Overall very comfortable ride and smooth drive

This Yukon has all the bells and whistles. It is a joy to drive, the drivers area is like a cockpit with everything at your fingertips.

This dealership is the greatest in the metro Detroit MI and around the Toledo OH areas. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate on a 2025 Hybrid Toyota Camry. This dealership was the only one that would negotiate with me. It was also the nicest dealership. I negotiated with them on 1/27/25. That is a time period when dealerships should negotiate. Dealerships make bonuses based on monthly quotas, incentives, etc. Sales people are normally only commission pay in the car sales business. If they don't rnake there quota they need to pay back the dealership for a pro ration of there quota shortage. Please learn about commission only payment for employees. I emailed thirty dealerships to negotiate pricing on the camry. This dealership answered my many questions. They didn't push me to come into there dealership. They respected my request to communicate via only by email (until I was ready to make a phone call to the dealership). They still do not phone me after I phoned them and honored my communicate by just email. I didn't agree with a charge dealerships gives to customers. This dealership was the only one negotiable on that charge. When I received my new vehicle the tank was filled up with gas. It was also very clean. They also threw in some options with my negotiated price. Don't waste much time calling other dealerships. This dealership is the only one that will give you respect. This dealership is the only one that will be negotiable. The other dealerships did not even want to give me $1.00 off the price. Also, the dealership will give you the out the door price. The dealership will not do the usual games of pushing you for "what do you want for a monthly payment". Also, I wasn't lied to by this dealership. I caught at least one lie from one person at every other dealership. Normally, if i were talking to more than one person it would be at least one lie per person per dealership. I also shopped at dealerships for a used vehicle this past summer. i followed the same procedures. all of the same things happened to me this past summer. it is very sad and sick. sadly, in the summer time page toyota didn't have my sought after vehicle. after my experience in the summertime i was exhausted from the horrible experiences. i have to shop so that is why i'm back shopping for a vehicle. This car is a fabulous car for family and traveling. It is roomy, has capacity for kids and sports gear, and is safe. I have been rear ended twice in a Yukon and there was minimal damage to the Yukon and extensive damage to the other vehicles.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Had service on my corvette the price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. I will bring my chevys there always no need to shop around. My service advisor was Sam as good as it gets.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I previously wrote a review back in 2021 While I was leasing this vehicle. Which still shows up. I just wanted to give an update. I ended up purchasing it after the lease ended. So glad I did. I absolutely love this vehicle. Everything about it. Minus the high back end and price of gas but you're gonna get that with V8 engine. Have had since the spring of 2020. Haven't had any issues at all. Still would highly recommend. Comfort, look, safety, practical, A+ Best vehicle I have ever bought. I would normally have been in a new vehicle by now, I use to upgrade every couple years but not after this purchase, Still very 😊 happy

OMG the journey through the current used car climate has been horrendous. & I’ll be frank. Throughout the countless sleepless stressful hours of internet trolling Mike came up repeatedly & when I pounced on the just arrived beauty gracing my driveway I can’t tell you what a brilliant experience it was to work efficient coherent & honest with a real human. Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Smooth ride strong motor decent gas mileage inside cab is loaded and very tastefully done along w easy access to knobs. Plenty of room. In back seat ! Aclassy looking Truck with a tacky looking owner!!

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Sales person was very friendly and professional. I have decided to wait for spring to possibly buy another car.

I had a good experience at Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills. Sylmari was my sales associate and he was helpful, friendly, but did not pressure me and let me make my own decision. He was great to work with.

The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

I was able to get an oil change as a walk in at this facility. I had a scheduled appointment with another facility and they still couldn't get me in for two hours. Causley was very friendly and accommodating.

Have the 2017 Acadia XL limited. PROs: Very roomy for its size, handles extremely well on the road, comfortable, quiet ride for long trips. Safety features are great.. Yellow lights on side mirrors warn of blind spots..a godsend in heavy traffic, rear camera, warning beepers if something is too close. Crash avoidance protections, has wifi !! and great electronics package. Towing package too... hauls trailer w/ rowboat..also transports 3 kayaks when the back seats are down . I’ve driven this in heavy snow and blizzards..safely masters the road when other cars fail or spin-out and self corrects and warns if skidding or icy. CONS: Only negative is that it’s not customer-friendly for even minor repairs or maintenance... so EVERYTHING requires dealer repairs / expense. Examples: Fuses are outside..in a box under the hood that’s difficult to open.. as is the hood! Indicator level on antifreeze coolant container is hidden and not legible.The battery is hidden under the back seat! ..jumping is in the hood at designated points.. Don’t even try to remove a flat tire.. the jack is small, flimsy and dangerous and the mini tire is almost impossible to get to, crawling under the car and manipulating lots of parts. .once you figure out how. Replacing a headlight requires taking the bumper off.. etc. These are areas that GM can improve on, to help make their vehicles more customer-oriented. Despite all.. this is the best SUV I’ve ever owned. It’s a shame it’s been discontinued. The new, small version is no comparison.

I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.
