Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Great experience with Zishan. He was polite, answered all my questions and I managed to fast and easy trade-in my old car for a good new one.

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

We bought our GMC 2500 HD gas 6.0L extended cab last spring to pull our 9k lb 5th wheel. We pulled it for about 6k miles with abslutely no issues. It pulls great, a bit slow off the line, but it will get going if I put my foot down -no issues on the highway. It'll do 70 all day long pulling our portable house. We get about 8 MPG towing and 17 empty in rural areas. No doubt the diesel would haul better and get better MPG, but for an extra 30-40 cents/gal, that doesn't make sense for us. This truck has much better fit and finish than older GM vehicles we've owned. In fact this our 1st GM since our 2000 GMC Safari (that was a money pit). We love the look of the extended cab with 180° rear doors. The rear seat is the same size as the newer 4 door. To us the truck looks classy. It has style and rugged looks without being over the top. The next 2 generations are just stupid big. Seems like the bigger the grille the more compensation. Basically, I highly recommend this generation 2500. It does everything we need it to do and looks good doing it.

Bought 10 yrs ago w/ 76kmi ,now has 227k has been absolutely great SUV . Now has rear main seal leak and burning oil so time to retire her but still rides better than most new cars

I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I purchased my 2010 Sierra in 20111/2 35,000 miles,l now have 241,000 miles it’s not a work truck other than maintenance repairs it’s been a great truck. I have to say it still runs great,sounds good. I’d buy another one!

Recently bought Ford F150 from that guys, and was wondering unbelievably technical condition of the car. Price was pretty low compared with an another dealers, I even would say it was a cheapest 150 in area. After pre purchase inspection mechanic said that truck doesn’t need any repairs or investments. I've owned my truck for nine years now it is never once let me down. I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I found the customer service to be very helpful and easy to work with. Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much.
