Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Abel again diagnosed my 2016 Z07/Z07 with issues that I could not guess right. I thought it was carbon build up from direct injection and they deduced lifter issue causing misfires that have grown worse. They are now doing a tear down to isolate the issue... and will again, do the thankless effort of dealing with the warranty company's painful lengthy process. John Flemming keeps me up to date and does the heavy time consuming daily correspondence and calls the shots. Their tech's are amazing and I am allowed to talk with them (which can take them aware from working!) that's a rarity.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

Well, unfortunately I can’t give a complete review. I went in one day to test drive a car. Decided the next day I wanted it. By the time I was able to get a hold of the salesman I was working with they sold the car to someone else. He was off that day.��. So I am not able to give the buying experience review. However, the salesman was a pleasure and informative. And the sales manager was pleasant. The facility was clean. I guess I was just not meant to have that car.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I have had my 2011 GMC Sierra for a few years now, i love it. i have hauled multiple loads of wood with the truck loaded too the max and a small trailer loaded to the max. can definitely feel the weight but my truck never hesitates at all. Very impressed with the performance of these trucks. i have worked at a ford dealership for years, but ill always drive a GMC.

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've only had this truck for a month and a half and have had no issues. The interior is just plain awesome. I really like the multi function tailgate on this truck, it's very handy loading stuff into the box and the step really helps when you want to climb into the bed. I really like the ride height on the new trucks better than the 2015 Denali I traded in to get this one.

I had to take my car in for a major recall. Arron Dixon was my SA. He was very attentive and very professional in taking care of my car.The car had to sit at the dealership for almost 2 months while they wait for the parts to arrive. I was very apprehensive that my car would have some type of damage or scratch for sitting outside for so long or that some mechanic would want to take the car for a joy ride. Well when the car was ready, Arron washed the car and had me inspect the car. It was perfect like the day i bought it. I waited to give this review for a few months for fear that they did'nt do the work properly. So far everything is fine and no problems. Arron and his staff did a great job fixing my car right the first time.

I bought a 2019 F150 Raptor at Elite Motor Cars a few weeks ago and after driving home I read online that there was a nationwide service for the truck that affected the performance. Unfortunately the service expired in 2023. I didn't call at first because I did not want to hassle anybody since it was already almost 2025. I finally called and spoke to Robert the sales rep that sold me my truck and informed him of the situation. Robert told me that he would speak to the owner Alex and get back to me. Literally 30 mins later, I received a call back and information that I had an appointment at the nearby Ford dealership a few days later and the service would be completed. These guys are awesome! That's going way beyond normal customer service, taking the time to assist someone after weeks from the purchase. I highly recommend Elite Motor Cars and would do business with them again. I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

After having an unpleasant experience dealing with another local Chevy dealership, I was more than impressed with Anthony D' Amore. He was extremely friendly, personable, an overall joy to interact with. His exemplary customer service was displayed in two major ways: 1. When I was getting checked in with him, I received a notification of my doctors appointment, that I totally forgot I had in one hour. Since my car's service was not going to be done in time, he arranged one of his team members to give me a ride right away so I did not miss the appointment. 2. When we were troubleshooting why my rear TV's were not working correctly he was able to help me figure out the cables I had might be the issue. He even went all over the dealership trying to track down something that would interface/fix the issue. He also made the recommendation as to the correct cables I should buy, and assisted me with that purchase. On top of that, he followed up with me a couple days later to check in. During that call, he even offered to bring his own set up into the dealership to further troubleshoot this issue. Anthony's friendly demeanor, professionalism, and AMAZING customer services will be bringing me back to Concord Chevy for any and all services and/or purchases going forward!!! I will be recommending him and Concord Chevy to anyone I know in need of services and/or car purchases!!! AWESOME job Anthony!!!

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I did not have a good experience at Seramonte Subaru So I looked up 2019 Subaru Outback posted on Albany Subaru. I live in SF so it was a trip for me but I thought I give them a chance and sure enough I was treated with a respect and courtecy by salesrep , mr.Jan James . To make it short,I ended up buying the car mainly because He was more proffessional than people at Seramonte even a Finance manager was very cordial, not pushy at all . They usually try to convince you to buy extra this and that but they were very nice about it. Not like "You were making a big mistake not adding those options " which I got from other dealer. We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.
