I have purchased several vehicles from Sherman and I always trust Armando with my business - he's honest, beyond knowledgeable and honestly cares about what he's selling you. If I could give him 10 stars I would - Sherman Dodge you need more people like Armando - please don't ever lose him!!!

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I’m not much of one for writing reviews, but in the case of Infiniti of Naperville, the extraordinary and impeccable service and attention they have recently provided me must be acknowledged. Short story – I needed to have them replace the engine in my Nissan Maxima. Jon Vargas, my service rep, arranged to get an engine delivered to the dealership within the next couple of days, and then have it installed and the car ready no later than Saturday just before I was to leave on vacation on Sunday morning with my daughter for a week. Saturday came and as promised the car was ready. I picked it up, and on the way home from running a few errands, the Check Engine light came on. At first I figured it might just be a “nuisance” sensor fault, and thought it’d be OK. But once home, without going into details, more severe symptoms arose - the car would no longer start, all kinds of error messages were appearing! I texted Jon in a panic, not sure what to do as I was leaving on vacation the next morning, and the dealership was now closed. In response, Jon said he’d come right over (and also had his lead tech come over) - they drove over to my house (after their working hours – they were “off the clock”!) and personally spent 2+ hours trying to diagnose and fix the issue. Unfortunately, they could not restore functionality. At this point I’m scurrying around trying to arrange a last minute rental car that I could pick up Sunday morning (at a potential cost of $600), but Jon was having none of that. After a flurry of phone calls to the owner/general manager, they arranged for me to be able to pick up a loaner car at the dealership on Sunday AM. Not only that, Jon came and picked me up Sunday morning at 7:30 to take me to the dealership, where in short order I was able to get a loaner and be on my way on vacation an hour later. So this was a long story, but it serves to demonstrate what I feel is, in my experience, unmatched customer service. They made a promise that my car would be ready, and available for my upcoming vacation. When through no fault of their own it wasn’t, they did EVERTYTHING to make it right – coming over to my house when they were not “on the job” and had no obligation to do so, opening up the dealership on Sunday morning to provide me with a loaner vehicle, ferrying me there. These are simply extraordinary measures that demonstrate the ultimate in customer service. It would have been so easy for them to simply blow me off and say “we’re closed, have the vehicle towed here Monday morning”, and probably most dealerships would have. But not Infiniti of Naperville – the folks are the salt of the earth. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

2024 GMC sierra 1500 duramax 3.0 is great truck. Great ride and great MPG. 100% recommend to any prospective buyer. Love the truck and how it perform.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I love my 2021 GMC Denali 2500HD. I have gotten more complements on this truck than any other vehicle that I have owned. I get great highway fuel milage average 19-26mpg,which is great for a heavy duty truck!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Any reviews on this vehicle is not correct. We are first owners and it’s been an excellent truck. We hate to see it go !

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Love my GMC. Owned a Chevy and this absolutely beats it hands down. Never had any issues. Inside is very comfortable and can't imagine driving anything else
