Tom Jennings puts more effort into finding you exactly what you want than anyone I have ever seen. His efforts are above and beyond. My experience at Ferris with Tom Jennings has set the bar pretty high for what I expect out of dealerships in the future. Overall, my experience was great! check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

Bought 2013 SLE 4cyl Terrain used and a year old in 2014. It's 2022 and it has 35,000 miles on it This little truck is like a race car. Had to replace the transmission. It blew up as I left getting it inspected. Pretty stupid that it's impossible to check Trans fluid . whos dumb idea was that? Signals come,on randomly. Tires are difficult to find 235/60/17 101.. This Little SUV is ridiculously fast for a 4 cyl 4 banger!!

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

I purchased this car used about 2 years ago. It drives well and feels very stable. If that makes sense. On this 9 year old car I average 21 miles to the gallon according to the onboard computer. The interior is spacious and looks great. No rattles, no issues at all.

I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.

Stopped in looking for a car for my 16 year old. They allowed me drive without being pushy. I was even able to test drive the vehicle to my mechanic to have it inspected prior to purchasing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.

Great vehicle. I purchased it at 200,000 miles for $1,500 and I’m still using it at 245,000 miles. I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the engine stalling with no mechanics being able to solve the problem. It’s the catalytic converter. It clogs and the exhaust fumes can’t escape. You can disconnect the exhaust section with the catalytic converter and drive it around to see if that is the problem. I can’t tell you how to fix it but I’ll just say I get 2 mpg more now that I “fixed” it and my Envoy smells like a boat.

We like the Acadia. It has performed well with only a few items that needed repairing. Blower fan behind the glove box. A/C refrigerant leak. Transmission shift to D from R hesitation. Wish we had opted for the AWD but the FWD has been adequate. Good styling and comfortable. Just like a lot of newer car designs, too much plastic in the engine bay. I do all my own maintenance/repairs and this SUV is not too difficult work on.

Bought this truck used,I love the comfort. I used to have a ranger.I can fit my plywood in the bed and close it.It is a long bed.My 12 foot jon boat fits good,.better than the ranger and more comfortable

I bought this when it was 4 years old and it has been extremely reliable. It's an SLE2 trim so it's loaded with every available option except leather seating. It's got AWD which comes in handy here in rainy south FL. Absolutely no complaints.

He answered all of my questions and we arranged a time on a Saturday for me to come out and see and test drive the Ridgeline. I liked it and he and I sat down and negotiated a fair price for it. Great vehicle for traveling. Plenty of room for luggage and a small dog.. Very comfortable, The only thing I don't like are the vertical AC vents. I would like to see them be able to swing wider both horizontally and vertically.Plus my used vehicle had Onstar at one time and I can't cancel it off my car so that my calls always seem to go to Onstar at least once.
