We have owned our new vehicle for about 3mo now--We previously had been Ford owners, and were disappointed with the numerous Ford recalls, so we thought to try Toyota, after doing research on vehicle reviews, warranties, etc. Majed, our sales rep, assisted us in a test drive-we drove a used Rav 4, and fell in love with its smooth ride, and easy turn radius. We decided to purchase a new Rav 4, and the process was so easy, and we are extremely happy with our new vehicle! I would like to thank the service department for honoring my rim warranty. I brought my truck there while I was getting new tires and wanted my rims to get refinished at the same time because I paid for the warranty when I purchased the vehicle and the service wasn’t available at that time. They told me to bring it back. I brought it back almost a year later and my warranty was up. They completed the rim repair and I didn’t have to pay for the service to be done. ZERO cost to the customer!!!! Nucar puts the customer first!!!! Thank You again for the service and consideration!!!!! I will continue to purchase vehicles there as well as getting them serviced 👍🇺🇸

First time pick up truck buyer but has meet all of my expectations. Almost a car like ride, decent mileage for the size and maintenance costs were no greater than a standard size car. Hauling capabilities and 4 wheel drive are a definite plus.

I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

It’s rare that I am able to leave an honest, positive review for a car dealer that I have attempted to buy from. The sad truth is, most of the dealerships I’ve shopped have had bad deals, ignorant salesmen, awful pricing, or some kind of ridiculous bait and switch tactic; that’s just the sad reality of the world we live in. Anton is one of the few I’ve met who is honest, upfront, and trusting. His word is good, and your word is good to him. He happened to have the car I wanted in stock. He gave me a very fair price and I agreed to purchase from him, and even though it took longer than I had expected to get the money together, he was patient and took my word that I was going to complete the sale. He delivered exactly what he promised and included an inspection sticker for the price. Car sales is a business that requires moving large volumes of inventory, and since an individual doesn’t buy cars too often, some dealers make no effort to cultivate a long-term relationship. Alex auto sales is a notable exception. I don’t plan to buy another vehicle any time soon, but if I did, they would be my first contact.

Ive been in the car business for almost 18 years now and today I had one of the easiest, seamless, and outright outstanding experiences with my sales consultant Nick Cardillo, and General Manager Miles Bedford. I came from out of state to make the deal, and Im a bit particular with how I like my vehicle delivered so I gave Nick a task list before I got there to make it quicker and easier on him at the end of the month and he hit it out of the park. I was in and out in less than 1 hour with my new Hummer EV. He even made a special trip on his day off to make everything was perfect for me.
