The lobby is nothing special and don't expect anything for free. Negotiations were straight forward, no silly games on the used vehicle sale. I needed some service on my Caravan that had been converted by Braun Mobility .Jenkins did everything they could to get it fixed but it was a problem with a Braun part but they did the best they could I would recommend them to other Canadian that travel or vacation in that area

Overall, a great experience although I do believe 2 1/2 hours for a tire rotation and oil change is a little extreme but I get it. You don?t have a quick lube bay so it goes in line with the technicians.
