Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

This experience was excellent. I can't speak highly enough about Southern Norfolk, Justin Cannady and Katie Rose. They were topnotch in understanding and making sure that I got the best car for me. They made me feel like family which alleviated all of my anxiety and tension when buying a car. Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

I called to make an appointment for a state inspection and an oil change with Hall Hyundai, where I purchased my vehicle. I was told the earliest appointment would be July 20, 2023. I stated that date would be a month after my state inspection would have expired. I asked if they could check with Hall Chevrolet, next door, for an earlier appointment. They checked and I got an appointment the same day for 11:00 AM. Amazing! Unbelievable. I dopped my vehicle off at 10:00 AM with Adam Jones. By 11:10 AM, I received a text message stating my vehicle had been inspected, along with a video of the inspection and a detail report with recommended services I should consider having done. I selected a service I wanted to be done all from my cell phone. It was quick and easy. Within less than two hours later, I received another text message stating that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. This was by far the best experience I have received from a service department in quite a while. Great communication through texting! Thank you, Hall Chevrolet and Adam for taking care of me today.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I purchased a new 2019 vehicle from Casey Honda, NEWPORT NEWS, VA in May, 2019. I had an issue arise and the Service Dept. (Mgr. Mike Zeno) handled it quickly and professionally. Mr. Malone, Dealership General Manager, was EXTREMELY fair in the way he resolved my issue. I have been buying vehicles since 1968 and I have NEVER been treated as well by a dealership as I was at Casey Honda. It's not how you're treated when things are going well. More important is how do they treat you 2-3 years after the sale when there is a problem. With Mike Zeno and Mr. Malone, you're in great hands.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

Test drive performed on 2010 Fusion SEL. Noise coming from idling and noisy engine were noted during diagnostic test. Several things needed done asap. young lady booked appt. for 0730am Mr. Johnathan Brown wrote it up. Service mgr. Mr. Frank, got his service tech to To evaluate, determine severals items which needing my immediate action. Further more awaiting parts to complete the job this week is still pending. Personally would highly recommend Beach Ford because of their swift actions and attention to detail from each of those gentlemen that assisted my wife and I during our visit there. My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

We walked into the Toyota Checkered Flag in Virginia Beach and was greeted by our saleswoman Ms. Celia she was very professional and knowledgeable. We could tell that she had great customer service and was very pleasant to work with. She allowed us to test drive the vehicle on two occasions as we did not purchase the same day. On the 3rd day I decided to purchase she met me after taking care of a previous customer because I arrived unannounced. Our hats are off to Celia and the Checkered Flag staff for a job well done. We are very proud to be the owners of a brand new 2023 Toyota Tacoma 4x4, king cab,short bed and sports model. I don't like grey for my cars but the color was a grey metallic charcoal and it is now one of my favorite colors. Thank guys for all you do Virginia Beach Toyota Checkered Flag.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

2024 GMC sierra 1500 duramax 3.0 is great truck. Great ride and great MPG. 100% recommend to any prospective buyer. Love the truck and how it perform.

Wonderful, courteous service. I rarely carry cash, I use certain credit cards related to business or cash back (from the card) offers. At checkout I was told I had to pay a 3% charge to use my credit cards. Then I had to request they apply credits I already had on file, this is a no brainer.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.
