I went in on Saturday to Bob Howard with a very specific need in mind with a much lesser vehicle in mind. Taylor was my salesperson and Payton was the GM. Both individuals worked diligently to help ensure that I was able to meet my specific needs with a much nicer truck than I had in mind. They were both very patient in assisting me with my new purchase. Needless to say I was and am very happy with my purchase and would very much do it again.

The Yukon checked all of my needs, I have plenty of room for my children and my Great Danes. I enjoy driving the Yukon and how it handles, overall love this vehicle!

The service person that waited on me was very knowledgeable and friendly the service and and waiting area were clean and well maintained. I would recommend them to anyone.

Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

In the days of corona virus John Vance motors was offering internet buying. The offer by Mr. Vance on video seemed sincere. Since it was sight unseen I expected the sales force to be my eyes and ears on site and be and do more than if I were there to check things myself. I asked several questions about various things, got affirmative answers and was assured twice that "they check everything". When car was delivered (400 miles) there were many things that were wrong (they did not check everything), without going into detail of all the problems I notified the sales people by email, no response. I notified John Vance, the owner, and can't say enough good about John. He took care of things immediately and as much as possible for me being distant, said that is not the way they do business. I believe him, and I feel confident that the next internet sale will be treated with integrity and double check "everything" thoroughly. If only reviewing John it would be 5 star.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

This Yukon is very roomy, comfortable, has tv for my kids. New tires, great condition Best vehicle I have ever owned. I highly recommend it.

Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not showing that they are a dealer that have evolved/learned from COVID era deals. So much so that I decided to order directly through them and deal with the shipping hassle. I was not hounded in anyway. Some details got lost in the hundreds of emails. But, the fact Carter was willing to email with me so frequently cemented the deal. Trevor, Mike, Jason, and the parts manager are professionals that want you to enjoy the process Carter Chevy was willing to work with me in a way that local dealers would not. So much so that I decided to order directly through them and deal with the shipping hassle. I was not hounded in any way. Some details got lost in the hundreds of emails. But, the fact Carter was willing to email with me so frequently cemented the deal. This was painless compared to other experience I have had.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Ladies, ask for Jimmy Briseno! For the FIRST TIME we found a salesman who answered MY questions and catered to ME when buying a car! The minute my husband told him it would be my car Jimmy went above and beyond to show me multiple options, all while really listening to what I liked/disliked about each car I test drove. He was patient without being pushy and didn't treat me like I was silly just because I'm female--absolutely recommend!

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

I took my car in for its 40,000 mile checkup. They gave me a car to drive, I left. They called me later that day, all done. No hassle, no muss. Loved it.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

After taking my 23 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali for a diagnostic service at the dealership where it was purchased I left there with no resolve; so I took it to Bob Howard GMC and I?m glad I did. Mark in the service dept. took a genuine interest in diagnosing my trucks issue and ultimately got it running like brand new. He gave some good information about the use of Top Tier gasoline and even recommended where I could buy it for a reasonable price which was great! I?m taking my truck to Bob Howard GMC from now on! I've had mine for 12 years I've driven it a cross country 6 times. It is a fantastic vehicle. I pulled a small travel trailer and it didn't change my gas mileage one bit. From IL to LA California never a problem.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....

Back in December 2020 we sent out inquiries to twelve Jeep dealers within 70 miles of Stillwater (our home). Only six bothered to reply. Of those six, your salesperson, Jennifer Medina, was by far the most enthusiastic and helpful. She sent us two separate videos introducing herself and wanting to take care of our Jeep purchase. Solely because of Jennifer, we recently purchased a new Jeep Sahara from John Vance Auto Group. Jennifer facilitated that purchase. We found the whole process to be quite satisfactory. The Jeep arrived just as we had ordered it, and was transferred to us for the price agreed upon. It appears to be functioning according to spec, and we are quite satisfied with it. We don't normally take the trouble to write a review, but what is really prompting us to do so now is the service provided to us by Jennifer. She was polite, friendly, and attentive on every occasion we dealt with her. When we had questions, she answered them directly and honestly. If she didn't know the answer, she stayed with it until she got one for us. When we took delivery on the vehicle, she suggested a time when she could spend some time with us going over all the things that have changed since our old Jeep. She didn't rush us--let us get the feel of it and ask questions--showed us all the fancy electronic and internet stuff and got answers to questions she wasn't sure of. She is still following up on some of those questions 2 weeks later--bless her. You couldn't have a better representative. Treat her well. She's a keeper.

I drove to Crown Buick GMC after making an appointment with Tammy Wagner. She was a new sales person. Tammy is very patient. She enjoys people and made me feel comfortable. I had alot of questions about my new All Terrain Truck. When she didn't know the answer- she was honest. Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I am giving this a five because Carla was so good to work with. The 2016 Forester was not a good experience. It road really rough and my wife hurt her back on the test drive. The radio did not work and the navigation system failed about halfway through the test drive. So, to sum it up. Our sales rep, Carla was great and the experience at the dealership was good, but the car we went to look at was kind of a disaster.

Seems to be a decent dealer. Sales people are respectful. I'm trying to negotiate on a new 2023 Ford F-350 4X4 with 7.3 gas V8 and they seem to be a bit reluctant to bite on what I consider to be a fair OTD offer, especially since the vehicle may be subject to some lot rot due to the length of time there on the lot and not sold as of yet.

Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.
