They sold me a 2024 Honda Accord. Window sticker brand new was $36,000. After their fees (Which they did have guys) taxes, dmv and state fees.. we ended up paying $33,000. $3K more than originally listed price. This is still a fair deal. The vehicle had 1.5K miles only on it. Therefore, i am ok with saving $3K-$5K all day. Because new car would have been window sticker plus tax etc. also they are very friendly. Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

As anyone knows, the stress and time that goes into finding a used vehicle. From my first stop to see the car, Erik was accommodating, and there was no pressure. It took a couple of days to see some other similar vehicles and found our way back to this one. Test drove it with Erik and enjoyed his knowledge and personality, and did not feel rushed. The no hidden fees was a big plus to know our exact costs. Where these guys really shined was when we ran into insurance quote issues. Just trade in my 2015 GMC Denali with 140000 miles on it and still holding strong at trade in best SUV I ever had upgraded to the new 2021 Denali and boy do I love this SUV from comfort to outside design just an amazing new well designed SUV.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

I bought this truck new, mfg Mar 2012. It was still on the dealer lot Feb 2013, only 50 miles on it. A few minor repairs, had to replace the in dash entertainment unit due to burnt out bulbs, also having burnt out dash bulbs, headlight switch, drivers door switch panel / cluster. A few minor bugs during the first 30,000 but under warranty so not a cost issue. The " soft brake pedal " issue was resolved very early on by having the dealer replace the master cylinder. The only real problem is the " Passlock " security issue, once in a great while the truck will not start, somehow " it thinks " it has been tampered with / broken into, the small red car / lock dash light will be on, the indicator is on the right / bottom of the speed indicator. If you turn the key on, then off and wait 10 minuets then it starts fine, this has happened even while parked in the garage overnight, so I know for sure the vehicle has not been tampered with. This is a known GMC defect if you search on the internet and a forced recall should be done about it. The truck has a very nice and smooth ride, the 5 cylinder has plenty of power, highways and mountain roads are no issues at all, when I did replace the tires I purchased a premium 80,000 mile for a better and smooth ride, I still have the original shocks on it I now have 150000 miles on it, I follow the maintenance suggestions closely, well taken care of, I always get looks and complements where ever I go. The dealer I purchased from sucks ( Earnhart ) so I have to use another GMC dealer, and GM / GMC corporate was no help either, customer support sucks. Overall if you have one of these older Canyons or Colorados and you drive it normally and follow the maintenance you should get a long life from it, I use a premium oil and filter, change the air filter every 10,000 and keep up with the other fluids, I still have the original brakes on it, using a good / high cost premium wax every year and a light touch up every six months has kept it looking like new. The new and overhauled 2015 models seem nice, I may look at those if I ever need to replace this one.

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....
