Love my yukon, but not the plexiglass headlights. You can not clean them to get them clear. It really is a safety hazard for night driving. The film on the headlights blurs the light output. The cost to replace them in ridiculous!

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

I purchased my 2007 Envoy with 7 miles on it in 2007 I now have over 254,000 miles on it. The vehicle still runs like the first day I purchased it. It has original exhaust on it. I replaced brakes 4 times just because I’m hard brakes the suspension was replaced at 150,000 miles. I really wished they would make this SUV again it’s hard to find something that rides so nice and that is this size. The towing power this vehicle has is amazing. Regular maintenance helps a vehicle go a long way

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

Bought 2013 SLE 4cyl Terrain used and a year old in 2014. It's 2022 and it has 35,000 miles on it This little truck is like a race car. Had to replace the transmission. It blew up as I left getting it inspected. Pretty stupid that it's impossible to check Trans fluid . whos dumb idea was that? Signals come,on randomly. Tires are difficult to find 235/60/17 101.. This Little SUV is ridiculously fast for a 4 cyl 4 banger!!

I am very happy with the team of people at Mercedes’ Benz Chantilly. Sodik Lawal sales and David Han finance were the absolute best! They worked really hard to get me my dream car not only that but I got to leave with my car on a Sunday (same day). I went to a couple different dealerships but none like this . Sodik Lawal my sales person told me all they had in stock for the model I wanted with the different price points . Not only just a test drive and that paper at the car window but he sat with me and really explained the car as I have not been car shopping in seven years so even the push to start is something to get used to. All the features were amazing to say the least future that excites and I thank him for going above and beyond to help me work with the technology. David Han the finance manager is the absolute best he really fought for me making calls to make sure I got the best rate. I am 23 with not that much credit history just good but not excellent credit and other dealerships ( I went to 5 total) were almost doubling my interest when financing with them despite the down payment I was putting down. It wasn’t the best deal nor did I get all the features I get with Mercedes’ . I was not sold on the car but here you can find your perfect match I’m telling you these cars are like driving a cloud ! Mr. Han really explained my options and the next day got me a better deal. They really worked with me to get me a good car that I am absolutely in love with at a really good price brand new. They make the process easy and explain everything itemized which was not the same experience I’ve had at other dealerships .
