They worked very hard to get me the Carfax information and allowed me to take the car to the nearby Toyota dealership to check it out. Unfortunately I didn't buy the car because of expensive repairs it needed. But Luis and his boss were very helpful and nice as can be.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Recently purchased a used 2003 GMC Sonoma with the ZR-2 package. This review is based on when the truck was made and not comparing it to today's trucks since it is 9 years old and things have changed a lot in 9 years. Currently the truck has 108,000 miles and runs like a champ. It gets driven 300 miles a week commuting to work and my car is driven on the weekends unless truck is needed for work around the the house. Like all older GM vehicles, as long as they are maintained and taken care of, they will run forever. My Sonoma is no different. Runs great, still putting out solid power from the 4.3 V6, and gets decent mileage for a truck at 17MPG. A K&N Cold Air Intake is installed and does provide smoother running and slight bump in power. There are the normal cracks, creaks, and rattles that happen over time since the interior is really just cheap plastic. Besides that it rides well with the larger 31" tires and is great off road. Normal repairs such as bushings, tie rods, UV joints have been done. Ride can be bumpy at times but it is a truck and rides as expected. Besides the cheap interior build quality, this is another example of a quality GM truck that when taken care of, will run well and will be reliable for many more miles as I expect to reach at least 150,000 miles with my ZR-2. This is my second S-10 as previous truck was a 1992 with the Tahoe package. These trucks are priced well at the time of this review and are cheap and easy to maintain. The ZR-2 package also adds a nice unique look to the truck.

Am I the only one that has had the instrument panel completely fail? Mine did YEARS ago. So why is my reliability rating 5? The computer still works, I know how fast I'm going, the Miles remaining on the fuel economy is accurate, and it runs. Everyday. Replaced one hub and bearing, water pump, starter, ignition. A/C doesn't work, but I've got windows (which work if you know exactly where to push the button.) Oh, and the Engine light is always on, because the throttle body really needs a thorough cleaning or replacing. Motor and transmission have been crazy reliable for 20 years on truck bought new October '0 3. Nothing a few hundred dollars wouldn't fix. Though there are several of those, they don't keep me from getting from A to B.

One of the easiest purchases I’ve made found my vehicle had my own financing drove it had it checked out. I really like my GMC Canyon 2015 it's a very nice truck .it's been very good ,it does have a couple problems that I've taken care of but all in all I really enjoy driving on the highway in my truck.

We had a great experience. We had been in the market for a used car. We had been looking and looking for months. We ran into a 2009 Ford Mustang that my kiddo absolutely loved. I called and spoke to David (owner) after talking for a few minutes I told him I lived 2 hours away. He said to call him before I came out to make sure the vehicle was there and it wasn't a wasted trip. I did just that and he told me that he would give me a verbal hold with no obligation to buy. We show up and the car is just as pretty as the pictures. We test drove it and the wheel bearing need to be replaced because of a little noise that we heard. They took care of that in no time. It was a hot day and he sent someone out to get us water. He told me everything I needed to know about the car. He also gave us a 3 month in shop warranty. Needless to say at the end we purchased the car. He filled up the gas tank and sent us on our way. I in no way felt pressured to buy this car. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely go back to this car lot. I forgot to add he went outside with my daughter to show her the extras the car had. They (David and his wife) gave her a little flashlight to carry on her key chain. I walked away not only a happy customer but a happy customer with a fancy pen they gave me lol. Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!
