The Louisville location is great. They worked within our budget to find a low mileage car that was better than than we could fine anyplace else with our budget. He also worked with us over the phone, so I did not have to make the trip there. All the truthful useful info over the phone made an hour drive to see and buy the car. He spent quite a bit of time on the phone and spent time with us on the lot making sure we knew everything about the car. He let me check what I wanted. The car is great and actually much better than expected for our budget. He has good cars at better than fair prices. He also a good person and makes every effort to get you a car you want at a price you can afford. No back row junk cars here. It was nice dealing with an honest man rather than a smooth talking salesman.

I'm 6-4 so I'm looking for a comfortable vehicle that's easy to get in-and-out of plus is high quality. I don't buy new cars and in our 40 years of marriage it's the nicest used car we've purchased.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Upon calling in reference to a truck, Steve - the owner, took care of myself and my fiance' personally, before turning us over to Rod. Rod seemed very knowledgeable about the '07 Titan we were interested in, and took the time to listen to our requests and concerns. Being a fresh trade in, there was a minor issue with the front differential, of which they are taking care of in their maintenance shop. I had an appointment Friday. I called a few times to ask how its going. The reply was should be the end of the day. Don?t know what that means. I arrived the dealer at 3:00 O?clock. I ask what was done had how long it would be. The reply was they had the driver side mirror completed. How ever nothing was done. The service rep came to me with there head down. I knew nothing was completed. The Rep I could tell felt unhappy about the issue. However, the Rep did manage to get me a rental. That was good. I know things can go wrong at times. I was glad the to the extra day to have time to make repairs properly. I had another issue for a service performed on an oil change back some time. After the oil change, I brought the car back and explained I had a humming sound coming from the vents. I approached their man mechanic in thing they were not going to believe me. He immediately said I know what that is. I was relived. He said when they looked at the filter, putting the cover back on at times is not properly positioned. They repositioned it; it did sound better but not completely. I drove to for a while still noise. When I took the truck back for the Mirror swap, cabin filter, Air filter, tire sensors, etc. I ask them to look for something a normal They found a screw that had been broken on the air filter housing. She then proceeded to tell me she got a quote in replacing the unit. I said wait this was an issue for back when I had the first oil change. Then she asks the manager, they are going to replace the filter unit. Over all the rep was trying to get everything completed. We did have a difference of opinion when checking out. I like being very detailed in asking questions to verify all has been completed. I wanted to ask the technician some questions to verify all is completed. I want to test the mirror for proper working conditions. Did not get this. Don?t think that?s too much to ask. Over all the Service rep did a good job. However, I did walk away feeling a little uneasy.

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

Bought this truck for my new work truck. Smaller than my old Silverado but looks like it will be just fine. Gets really good gas mileage with the I4 motor.

Tyler was professional and easy to do business with, he was trying hard to accommodate all my requests since I was not in town to test drive the vehicle before the purchase. The vehicle was correctly described and the price was good, pretty straight forward and hassle free experience.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I am 53 years old, and have bought several vehicles over my lifetime. In the past I have traditionally been a Ford guy. I was treated poorly in my opinion by Swope Ford and refuse to go back. When I stepped into BIG M, I had a completely different experience. I was greeted instantly, I was helped throughout the entire process (even when we were difficult, and couldn?t decide). The best part was My wife and I were never pressured at any point. The Big M team was fantastic, and I am a new loyal customer!

I have a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali with the 3.0 Diesel engine. I have 20,000 miles on it at the time of writing this. Never owned a diesel before and now i don't think i will own another one without it. I LOVE the engine in this truck. Only complaint would be that it likes DEF fluid while towing so pick up some extra DEF before you head out to tow something. Put about 8K miles on it this summer without adding any DEF fluid. seems to use a little more in the winter or when towing. Very quiet for a deisel and the fuel economy is awesome. Driving 70 mph down the freeway this truck gets about 30mpg, Drive 55mph on regular highways and this truck gets almost 40mpg. All around driving for me is about 26mpg. I used to fill up twice a week with my gas motor and now only once a week. Wireless Apple Carplay works great and the voice texting and mapping is a big plus. I also have the new SuperCruise feature which is awesome. Get on the freeway and set the supercruise on and the truck drives itself until i get to my exit (about 28 miles from home to work). Bose stereo is out of this world and all the storage is great to. I have a swingout bed toolbox, aluminum roll up tonneau cover, Lighted black GMC front emblem, Gloss Black 22" wheels, All Black decals and my dual exhaust bezels are black as well. I rotate the tires and change the oil every 5,000 miles. Couldn't ask for a better truck. Might get the ultimate next time as that has the messaging seats which i kinda wish I had.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?
