The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

The styling looks great outside & everything functions as it should. It has loads of options, heated & cooled seats & steering wheel, very cold air, big comfy 7 seats. While not a luxury-looking plush interior, it is very nice. A couple pieces of plastic molding inside are loose, a back panel I tried to take off & the visor mirror on drivers side. I've owned this for 6 months & adore it! Very roomy.

The sales person Luis was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. He drove it 3.5 hrs so I can have it in time for a road trip. Also they managed to beat the best APR I got from a credit union. All in all it was a professional and positive experience.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.
