I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Pam and Nick were great to work with. We walked in looking for a Honda Pilot, unsure of which trim we wanted. Pam did a wonderful job of explaining the differences. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for on their lot and found one in the KC metro, picked it up and brought it to their location for us to drive. Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

We have FINALLY found OUR dealership! The entire process was a welcomed change, Thank You! We never felt pressured, stressed or had others expectations weighing in on our decision. Chevis was our salesman, he worked for us to get what we wanted at the price we needed, without his effort our new AT4 wouldn't have been a reality. Alicia in the business office was as down to earth and chill as you could ask for. She didn't pressure us at all, let alone hound and demand like my other experiences with final documentation process of vehicle buying. The GM, made time to get to know us and made sure our deal was enjoyable. All in all, in the future, we will drive hours to this dealership for the service, product knowledge, and professionalism.

I purchased an immaculate used Audi from Bob who made the buying process as easy as possible. Low pressure but interested in making sure that the vehicle was right. Finance manager was very accommodating and had all my paper work ready in advance so that I spend only 30 minutes with him before completing the sale. Bob even delivered the vehicle to me as I could not go to pick it up. All around great buying experience as it should be.

I just purchased a 2024 Yukon Denali XL. This is my 3rd Yukon. So needless to say I am sold on this style of vehicle. The style and comfort are impeccable. Had a 2009, 2019 and now a 2024 XL. Never had any problems.

We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! When we first walked into the dealership Sammy Nasr met us at the front door. It was obvious he was waiting on us as he had to cold, refreshing bottles of water for my wife and I. This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. This is just an example of someone going above and beyond to help their customer.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Had my first service done and called on a Friday was able to get it in that following Monday. They even picked my car up at 8:30 and had it back to me w/ everything done by 11:30. They texted me the pic of my car and the services they took care of.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

The owner was so knowledgeable about cars. He helped me find the exact car I wanted. He makes sure his cars have no electricical issue unlike many car dealers I've been before. He isn't greedy. I highly recommend going to his shop. Great location in Olathe.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

overall It was a good transaction I don’t like the fact that they upgrade from the listed sale price. the sales person that we dealt with was very good .
