I was hesitant to go through the car buying process because of a very bad experience at another dealer (not Audi Bellevue). I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with Rigo as my sales associate. I wasn?t sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but knew I wanted pre-owned. He gave me several options and the honest pros/cons of each. I?ve never purchased an Audi before so he was very good at explaining the differences between Volvo & Audi (I?ve driven Volvos for 20 years). I feel I got a very fair price- a little disappointed in the trade in value, but other than that it was good. My husband wasn?t with me so Rigo came to my house with the paperwork so my husband, who is disabled, wouldn?t have to come to the dealership.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

I purchased pre-owned 2020 1500 SLT in February of this year. The truck rides comfortable and has plenty of room front and rear. My and I both enjoy it. My only drawback is the turn radius (lock to lock). It lacks compared to my wife's 2018 Yukon SLT, or the 2016 Ram I traded in. Have to many times maneuver twice to park it going forward or reverse. Otherwise happy with our purchase.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

I received an immediate and thorough response to my inquiry. My first reaction was to explain, via email, that this was not the for me. As I thought about impressed I was by the sales representative, I decided to drive down the next day to check out the car. In person, the car was much sharper than I expected and we made the deal!

Went straight to Bickford Ford in Snohomish and worked with Branden DuPen. This young gentleman was clean cut, honest, polite & one of the most upright human beings I have met. Branden looked you straight in the eye the entire time he talked, told me what's possible, wha't advisable, and what's not, and was clearly not trying to sell me anything I didn't need or want. I've been looking for a BMW 535d preferably a 2016 that wasn’t some clapped out facebook marketplace “special“. If you know about bmw diesels they are hard to come by for a good price around here. Let me tell you Jose got me right with just what I wanted, paint in pristine condition, interior spotless and the engine running good. Great price for what was to offer. Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

It took a while, but they change the oil and they rotated my tires. Very happy.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Excellent service from everyone there. They were responsive, helpful and definitely went the extra mile to get my car ready and get me on the road. I will go to them in the future for sure!

I bought mine new in 2005. It now has 250,000 miles and still purring like a lion. It has been very well maintained has had very few repairs. It has been a pleasure to drive it’s both comfortable and has lots of power. I like how the front center compartment will go up for a sixth seat. It was able to hold the whole family with car seats and all in the back. It’s a good solid truck. It has never been garaged and it’s sat out in the Oregon coast rains now for seven years. It is finally showing signs of rust on the hood front edge and some color discoloration on the hood and roof. Its gone through a few head and tail light bulbs and had a few tire changes and brake pads jobs but what can you expect for a truck that is 18 years old with that many miles. I’ve been super pleased with it and when the sad day comes and it won’t run anymore, I might just buy another 2005 with less miles because it’s been so good.
