Do Not schedule a svc appointment close to lunch. Everyone was cordial however the wait was way too long and the technician didnt do the inspection normally done. I received an oil change and tires rotated but the oil setting was not reset for percentage of life. I normally receive a form showing the condition of belts, brakes, etc.

I love it the look the interior mine is a red one and it looks so good and it’s my baby and it runs so good and the technology is off the chain

Another sign of a good dealership is how you're treated when things don't go quite right with a vehicle, because sometimes they just don't. Walt goes to great lengths to fix problems and I've never hesitated to contact him or the service department about the few issues I've had. I feel extremely fortunate to have people I can trust just a simple phone call away whenever I have a question or need work done on my car or when I'm looking to make a change.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I did contact this dealer and had a pleasant experience for the most part. The car I was interested was sold to someone else within just a few days of inquiring about it so I didn't end up buying a car but I can say that it was a very pleasant experience and the sales person was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone doing business with them from my limited experience.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Vehicle is very nice and has all the bells and whistles. I bought it to pull a 26 ft Airstream and it does the job but not great, could use more power for towing. It is difficult now to find a vehicle to pull a large trailer. I didn't want a pickup because I haul a large dog that takes up the entire back seat. I wish they still made the 3 quarter ton Yukon with the larger motor like I used to have. You could haul anything with it. The Yukon XL with the 6.2 motor just barely does the job.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

OLD-FASHIONED WE REALLY CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS SERVICE: I want to give a shout out today to Walt Sicard Car Company (South Haven) and Ridley?s Automotive repair (Pullman.). On New Year?s Day Gene and I found ourselves in South Haven with rapidly failing truck brakes. As we drove around trying to find a repair business that was open we found ourselves getting more and more desperate as the grinding and vehicle shaking increased. No one was open. Finally we headed toward home (quite afraid we would not make it and be stranded on the side of the roadway in the cold and snow) and when we saw the ?open? sign at Ridley?s Automotive Repairs on 109th St. near our Pullman home. We pulled in. Mr. Ridley scheduled our repair for the following day and gave us a ride home. When I spoke to Walt Sicard the following day, I explained the situation and that we had had our brakes, calipers and shoes replaced at The Sicard Service Center on 1-4-16, not yet meeting the one year warranty. Walt listened carefully and took it from there. He spoke to Mr. Ridley and they worked out the situation to our satisfaction. Walt made this situation right in the old fashioned way that businesses used to do years ago when customer service was a priority and your customers were the number one importance. We bought our used Subaru at Walt Sicard's Car Company a little over a year ago and have been 100 % satisfied. We have been buying our tires and getting our truck repairs done at the Sicard?s Service Center this past year and with the exception of these failing brakes (due I am sure to a failure in the equipment) we have been 100% satisfied. We could not be more please at how we have been consistently treated by Walt Sicard. I highly recommend his employees, his auto center and his service center. Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

The GMC Terrain is a very dependable auto that I have had no issues. The model is the AT4, which has the headsup display. Interior is nice with leather and all the electronics options.
