I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

Looking at vehicle online, there were 100+ great photos, Mo sent me two video walk-arounds and offered to FaceTime if I had any additional concerns. For those buying online, this is a very reputable dealer. I sent a deposit via Zelle. Mo held vehicle and cancelled other showings for that day, as promised. The price was more than fair for my vehicle. At the time, there was not another for sale, in the entire country, with less miles in my preferred configuration (TDI). He even arranged shipping for a very reasonable price and within a few days of the purchase. They handled the out-of-state title transfer for me. I'd never purchased a vehicle without seeing in person and driving. Mo delivered on service and quality. The vehicle was as advertised, an awesome find. I'd buy from Chicago Motors Direct again, without hesitation. They have an awesome inventory of hard to find German vehicles and are knowledgeable about them. I have a 2004 envoy now. I purchased it with like 165,000. I have 205,000. Now probably the best ruining vehicle I've had and im 55 years old. Electrical and radio problems but definitely no engine problems.

I only visit this dealership because Carlos is working in the service center. He is always great. He takes care of my vehicle quickly and I can always trust that my vehicle is fixed right.

Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Purchased the car about a month ago, had an amazing experience. Car runs great and is in fantastic condition.

Needed a vehicle for towing my boat, fishing vacations, and occasional transportation of as many as 8 people to family functions. Had to have something that would also be able to climb my steep driveway when it's covered with snow and ice. Didn't want to burn my last year's pay before retirement buying it either. Comfort: Van is quite comfortable on long trips. Performance: As expected. Van is big and heavy. I can trounce a school bus or loaded semi at the stoplight grand prix even if I am towing my 2,750 lbs. boat and hauling a cabin load of vacation stuff. Gas mileage? Vehicle nicknamed Global Warming. Any questions? I knew mileage was awful before I bought it. Exterior styling? We're talking about a van. It is butt-ugly. They're all 4 wheeled boxes with weak attempts at aerodynamics. They're all ugly. Interior styling is really cheap looking in some areas. (driver & passenger side front arm rests feel like they'll fall off if you look at them wrong). At best interior is simply okay. But it is huge. Surprised it doesn't have its own zip code. Get the rear passenger area heating and air conditioning. Vehicle is quite comfortable on long trips. GM could get rid of 95% of the interior rattles by simply putting a piece of rubber strip between the bench seats and the floor. I know. I did. Makes a huge difference. I contacted GMC about it. They never responded. Value for the money: Vehicle does exactly what I bought it for very, well. And it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Very pleased with it. Reliability: Not a single repair needed. Buy another one of these tomorrow. If your needs are like mine I give the vehicle my highest recommendation.

Really nice to drive! Extremely comfortable almost like a recliner!! Sturdy and solid! GM had issues with certain years for oil consumption is the only issue. I understand GM is making good on it now! As long as it’s checked over otherwise these are extremely nice cars!!

I have enjoyed driving the 2011 Acadia SLT-2 for over 10 years. It is great on the road, especially on long trips, and it's a great vehicle for transporting the grandkids. Our Acadia has been relatively trouble-free. Follow the maintenance schedule and the vehicle will perform admirably for many miles. After 171,000 miles we just upgraded to a 2023 Acadia.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

Test drive before you buy.....so far it's good but it's expensive for gas to fill up was $70. And city plates is $301 and also the car is heavier than the ford explorer that's why everything is so expensive
