I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Overall staff was easy to work with and made it possible to obtain a purchase. Honestly it was also the quickest buying process i've ever done at a dealership.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

Our experience was 5star! We picked this dealership because they had such a huge selection of F450 diesel trucks. From the moment we arrived and was approached by salesman DW, our experience only got better. He was knowledgeable, attentive and took great care of all of our needs. We had the spray in bed liner and retractable cover added with their customization shop and all was on point. I can’t say enough about the dealership and DW…the absolute best experience buying a vehicle!

Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! We also observed them dealing with other customers in a similar manner.

I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

Fantastic service! I purchased my car 3 yrs ago and have had all maintenance and services at MINI Mall of GA. The staff is top notch. Friendly, professional and fair. The services are priced competitively not overpriced like many dealerships. My current service associate, Josh, returns my calls and/or texts. Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Recently went looking for a new Chrysler Pacifica and decided to go back to the dealership I last bought from. I had purchased a 2017 Pacifica Ltd. that was certified pre owned and had enjoyed it the whole time I owned it. Decided to look into a new Pacifica Ltd as well as their Plug in Hybrid, decided to go with the Pacifica Ltd with a tow package. The salesman was very professional and helped with all my questions and concerns. The van came in silver same as my previous one and the technology was a big step up. I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

This review is for a two week old truck. I have been trying to get a 3500HD AT4, gas engine, 8 foot bed, 5th wheel prep, in blue for over a year (almost 2). My dealer finally received an allocation and I was off for the build!! However, when my build order was sent to me the color had defaulted to black (blue was discontinued for 2024) and the only way to change it was to cancel and start over.....so black it is!! The truck is gorgeous and much larger than I thought! I am pleased with both exterior styling and the 2024 interior refesh. My only complaint is the seats, they are a bit firm.....still comfy....but firm. The GM sunroof is small, so small I passed on the option. Mechanically this truck is a pretty sound design. Another 50hp for the 6.6L gas engine would be nice, but 401hp is pretty decent. A PTO offering in the up level trims would be nice, as would a larger/dual fuel tank option is needed (GM is the only one that doesn't offer one), and a factory level in the front, and while I am dreaming a front locking differential. GM could up thier paint game, when approaching 90k I expect better paint. Value wise it is as good if not better than the rest of the over priced trucks on the market. Rumor is 20K per unit on average goes to the UAW pension, that's why your 50k truck costs 70k. In closing I have zero regrets other than the color, but I needed it immediately so here I am.
