I own a 2023 Sierra 1500 Elevation equipped with the 2.7L TurboMax, and it’s been outstanding. It currently has 23,000 flawless miles. I’ll admit, I was skeptical of the 2.7 at first, but I jumped in feet-first and have never looked back. Living in Colorado, I regularly tow a 5,000-pound travel trailer through the Rockies with zero performance issues. The truck pulls confidently, handles grades with ease, and still delivers impressive fuel economy—23–24 mpg on the highway and about 18 mpg in town. I couldn’t be happier with this setup. If there is a negative to mention, that would be that after three years of ownership, the black wheels havent grown on me, and Im beginning to hate em. :) Lastly, the mpg while towing drops to 9mpg which is similar to that of a V8. All said, its been a great truck. :)

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. This was an out of town purchase. I live in Houston, TX. I purchased from Pittsburg, TX. So all comms was done via phone. They worked w/me on price. Included in the agreement was that they would ship the vehicle to me. I decided to purchase. Overall the purchase part went well. However, I have execellent credit, so part of the purchasing process going well was because of me (credit score & putting $15k down). I had interactions w/Amy M. Jose V. (GM) and Cesar (Finance). All interactions w/the people were fine, all were nice & professional. The only hiccup was the delivery aspect of the process. I purchased the vehicle on 06/04 (Wed). I did my part & was very prompt about completing the paperwork via docusign & sending the wire for $15k. I received a call from Amy on Fri, 06/06 wanting to confirm my address for the temp plates. I asked about delivery & she said that it should be delivered to me today. I was very excited to hear that I was going to get my Jeep. Then she put me on hold & came back & said they could not ship because there were problems w/funding. I told her that they got the wire & that finance went through them & there were no problems. I quickly called their local bank & their bank confirmed they received the wire the day before. I text Amy & Jose to find out what is really going on....did not hear back, so I called. All ended up being fine (however, I suspect it was a diversion to use as an excuse as to why the vehicle was not going to be shipped that day since she slipped-up & said that it was going to be). Later that night Jose called me to tell me that my car would be delivered on Mon, but I had to pick it up from Manhiem probably around 5pm. I agreed. Mon, 06/09, a lot of back & forth, back & forth (I left work early & had to take an Uber (1 hr to work & 1 hr back) since I got rid of my truck on Sun, 06/07, since I was told I would be getting my vehicle delivered on Mon. No vehicle on Mon... I was then told it would be here Tues, 06/10 b/c of the weather they had on Mon....Well, little did they know that my husband drove open road & hot shot & shipping companies don't play that game. Rain is not going to stop them (my husband was later told (after getting involved) that it was due to a driver have a "tummy ache")....Tues rolls around, a lot of back & forth again. I borrowed my husband truck & left work early again, so I could get to that side of town & get the car without the transport guy waiting on me. Nope, .....no car. Was told it would be Wed by 3pm, but no later than 5pm....took Uber to work (1-hr there, left work early again) & Ubered back 1-hr. A lot of back & forth, back & forth...& was told that the vehicle was picked up & left about 11:30am-12noon....It is a 4-1/2 drive from Pittsburg, TX to Houston, TX...the weather was bad, but a driver would only go through bad weather for about 1-2 hours out of the 4-1/2 drive (was watching weather radar on phone)....Sat by my phone from 3:30pm to 7:45pm waiting on a call from the transport company. Got a text from Jose saying the transport company had been trying to call me for 2 hours ----xxxxxxxx! I had my phone on me like white-on-rice. Headed over to Manheim got the vehicle. Note, my purchasing paperwork said the Odometer was 10 miles. I got in the vehicle and the mileage was 43 miles. Wow! Someone was cruising around about 33 miles on my expense. Not cool. In any event, I must say Jose V. was very professional throughout the whole process. There were times I wished he would have been the one to keep me posted, instead of me being the one having to constantly text for info & updates. Would I buy from them again? Yes. However, I would not leave it to them to transport a vehicle. Just pay the money & get your own shipping vendor to do it. The loss of work for 3 days in a row & the cost of Uber was not cool either. Transporter said he left Pittsburg, TX at 2:30-3pm....so that was a lie as well, when I was told driver left at 12.

Stong engine and smooth! Highly recommend for familys or someone who likes a smooth truck. Purchased new and have had zero issues since then. Love it!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

I ordered a 2022 3500 SRW Pro LB Double cab 4x4 in silver metallic / blk cloth. Added preferred package; gooseneck pkg; X31; upgraded wheels; camper/Snowplow prep; black steps. Got the 6.6 gas L8T. No start/stop and runs on all 8 cylinders all the time. I Love this truck. Had Rams and Fords in past. This is my first GM truck. I am in my 50s so not a brand thing... just a great truck. It was delivered in June. Truck rides great, tows very well, reciever or gooseneck. Fuel mileage is outstanding! Especially for a 4x4 one ton. I get 16 to 18 highway when not towing. I was shocked by how well it did and impressed with towing mpg as well. I generally tow between 6 and 14,000 lbs. Loads include a Glacier bay catmaran boat, 30' camper, and 3 axle 25' gooseneck. Truck easily handles those loads. The L8T engine is smooth and powerful. The 6L90 Transmission functions perfectly. If something were to happen to this truck I would not hesitate to order an exact replacement. So far very satisfied. MSRP as ordered was $53,945.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.

I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!
