We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I posted a previous review that I was upset about the brakes on the vehicle I purchased. Posted the review because I didn't believe that they would help a customer out because of the previous reviews I read. This is not the case. After posting my review Alex R (GM) reached out to me and left his phone number so I could contact him. Alex is truly trying to change the perception of the business and is very professional. He sent me a check for the money I put into the vehicle to get the brakes fixed. He did not have to do this but he did. Before you over react as I did and posting a review, I would recommend contacting Alex. He's patient and listens to what you have to say. Never interrupted me one time. The few words he said were "what can I do to make this right." I think GretnaAuto has something good with Alex and I hope the see it themselves as well.

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

I had a very unusual problem with my 2012 Ford Escape. The engine went 'limp' and could barely make it up the smallest hill, however, the check engine light never came on creating a mystery what was wrong. The vehicle was seven years old and had 125,000 miles but was exceptionally well maintained. Woodhouse spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong even calling Ford for ideas. The mechanic working on it called it a 'head scratcher'. Finally they said I needed a new engine (but couldn't say exactly why) and quoted a price of $7k... needless to say I was not happy! Mike Durham, Service Mgr., went to bat for me calling Ford to lower the price since I had been a lifelong Ford owner and always took the vehicle to Woodhouse for servicing. We finally agreed on a new engine a new transmission for $2k less than the original estimate. My vehicle was out of commission for two full months as all this played out with Woodhouse giving us a free loaner car the whole time. I've had the Escape now for a week and it runs great with no problems. The new engine comes with a three year unlimited miles warranty. Having driven over fifty years I've never had to replace an engine, or even tear one down so this was all new to me. Big thanks to both Woodhouse and Ford working with me on a most difficult problem.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. James the service manager to address a couple minor issues, him and his team were great to quickly address my concerns. Vehicle was in at 8:30am and out around 4pm, even got a car wash. Professional and friendly , have really appreciated the team at Greenline. First time buying here and would recommend for anyone looking to purchase a new/used car.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

traded in my 2013 buick enclave for this 2023 gmc acadia. i think the ride is a little better , fuel mileage is better over all comfort is great. Ed at Patriot Buick GMC was great in explaining all its features.
