I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

I went up there to look at a particular car, I was able to test drive it, buy it and was out the door in two hours. They were very respectful of my time and needs, no attempt to up sell me, and they replaced the battery in the key!

overall i like the truck alot, its a very dependable vehicle. it has its little quirks for a used truck. there's little things like the drivers door switch for the mirrors and the door locks that are not working as of now but i haven't taken the time to look into it as of yet. minor to me and i'm sure i can fix for a few bucks. nice riding and driving truck i would buy again.

Brad did an excellent job going thru my Rogue after I had problems with it. I bought it at the Oak Creek Dealership a few days b4. I was having problems withe the front end lower plate being broken partially off. We took it to the Good Hope Dealership for service. Brad said it needed to have the bottom plate replaced and he would steam clean all the filthy mud stuck under the car. It was even wet in the spare tire compartment. Im told it now was a flood car which I just found out about. I m happy that Brad took care of the problems that should have been taken care of b4 it left the lot in Oak Creek. Thank you Brad.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. I bought my 4x4, 5.3L ext cab at 2 years old. The records show that it had some serious factory defects (transfer case, oil pump) before I got it. Its been a great truck for me as its never been in the shop for repair. The only work I've had to do to it has been oil & filter changes, new battery and new tires. I've put 100,000 miles on it and it has 141,000 on it now. I has a few nuisance failures like high beams won't come on (the lights have been bench tested to work) and the window/mirror switches on the driver's door are failing. mechanically though, its bullet-proof.

This truck is the definition of mans best friend truly so enjoyable to drive and perfect for the family . My kids and their friends think I’m the coolest dad when I pick them up in this beast

The store here is different from other stores. It's differentiated. It's cheaper and gives you the right car and quote for the customer. I'm willing to live in this store if I buy a car again. Definitely will. Everyone is kind and good to the situation.

This Yukon has all the bells and whistles. It is a joy to drive, the drivers area is like a cockpit with everything at your fingertips.

Good afternoon everyone, yes, I’m a lady and I’m an owner of a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali, it has a V8 motor fully loaded sunroof & also it has heated seats & steering wheel for the cold winter months & in those hot summer months you have A/C seats nothing better than that am I correct? It’s been times like that wouldnt trade for the world!! So for all you ladies who think BIG TRUCKS are just for men, go out there & buy one have them put on some electronic slide in/out rails & go out & show the shows the boss!! lol 😄 I’m out looking for a new one now either a 2500/3500 pearl white

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I was shock on how fast my tire came in an was done. Plus they checked on the mice been having problems with them.

200K and still going strong. The Denali package is great and I love the 6.2L. Never left us stranded. Only vehicle we had that survived the 2021 Tornado in KY. House gone, both cars gone, Denali still standing proud!

The truck Handel's well. Sluggish when in second gear and the transmission thumps mostly when shifting down. Started about 40k. The ride is nice and comfy.
