I went to MD Buick GMC a couple of months ago to inquire about purchasing a 2025 Hummer EV SUV. We discussed several options and the staff was extremely knowledgeable about EVs, especially the Hummers. Cole (sales rep) was amazing to work with! Great guy! Passionate about what he does and truly cares about his customers! Grant (sales manager) actually took us on a test drive of the SUV to better inform us of its capabilities! The test drive was a blast! He took his time to answer all of the kids questions, was patient and really made everyone feel a part of the process! When we got to the negotiating, Todd (GM) made sure that we got the best deal possible! He was super easy to work with, made sure we understood everything, and got exactly what we wanted. Austin (Finance) took great care of us as well! Again, made sure we got everything we needed, went over all the numbers again to make sure nothing was missed, and helped us get all the coverages we needed/wanted! Ryan (service manager) was extremely helpful in making sure we got the accessories we needed, like a home charger! He was super informative, and took great care of us! Everyone was truly amazing to work with throughout the entire buying process! The next time I am looking for a vehicle, I will absolutely go back and let them help me find the vehicle I want! I wish every dealership conducted themselves as these guys do! I would probably buy cars more often! I almost forgot the best part!! It didn?t take all day to buy a car!! They were very respectful of our time, took the time needed to ensure we were extremely happy, got exactly what we wanted, and made the process as efficient and painless as possible!! I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

I've owned my truck for nine years now it is never once let me down. I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!

I have a 2500 GMC, and actually live about 260 miles from Springdale. Coming thru Arkansas this week my truck went into power reduction. On star told me it was a transmission fault and the truck wouldn't run over 55mph. I knew Crain was up off 412 and was hoping for a miracle to make it back home that night. It was 15 till 6 when I got there and Harrison was absolutely my hero! He told me the issue, said I maybe able to get it where you can make it home and he absolutely kept his word! Most people at quiting time don't really care to hear a story of some guy that has already spent 4 days away from and wants to get home, they have already put in a days work and ready to head that way themselves. Harrison not only took the time but I am glad to report I made it home safe and sound. Got with my local dealer and they are going to get it fixed for good once they can get a part. I just have to say my next time thru Springdale I'm dropping off some donuts for my best new friend in Arkansas!! Thanks again Harrison your the man!!

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

My experience was Low pressure, courteous, informative. Tyler provided a great service, even after hours to keep me informed. New truck purchase was made easy.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

This is a beautiful new location and they have really upped the service here. It is night and day.

I've been visiting this dealership fairly regularly since Crain bought the VW dealership. I regularly get my GTI and Beetle serviced there and I traded in my 2013 GTI for a 2016 GTI. Overall, I find the service department to be excellent in regards to taking care of my vehicles. They aren't cheap or fast, but they do it right and I'm willing to pay a premium for that fact. The experience of buying from them will likely vary depending upon which salesperson you get. Some are real car people and know the ins and outs of the brand, others there less so. When I bought my 2016, I met with the first available person, but when I mentioned some specific options that I wanted, the person clearly didn't know the VW shorthand that I was using, such as DCC. I walked out at that point. I then set up a meeting with Wes, who I knew had a great handle on the ins and outs of VW cars, and he took care of me. We ended up having a car brought in from KC and Crain matched the KC dealer's advertised sale price on the car, so I felt like I got a great deal and that they treated me fairly. I suspect that most dealers have a similar salesperson issue of some being into cars and others just into selling you something. Their new facilities are a huge improvement over the Rogers location and the temporary Springdale location. Unless something weird happens, I expect to buy my next GTI or T-Roc (VW send it to the US!) from Crain and I will head directly for Wes, if he is still there next year.

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

I wrote a negative review a few days ago. Must say, the dealership made up for a simple mistake the service department made. Went off on salesman, Nigel Treat. Did not deserve the negative statements. Nigel will go beyond expectations to make sure all is good. I apologize and appreciate ya'll putting up with a grumpy old man.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.
