I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

I called the dealer regarding a Tahoe that I had identified at around 9:30 a.m. I was given the information I needed, drove to the dealership that afternoon. About two hours later I was driving off in the Tahoe I had chosen after trading my vehicle for the amount I had thought was fair. Everything about the process was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

I have had this car 5 years 90000 km. No problems so far, it has been exceptionally good. The only money I have spent is gas and oil changes. I. Would buy another one

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Michelle was polite and very nice always smiling. Patrick the gentleman that did the work was awesome. I didn't meet him but his video of my car was upbeat and energetic. He had me laughing and confident my car was in good hands. They loose one star because not sure who the gentleman outside moving cars but he was not friendly on this day. He saw me and another person waiting in our cars no acknowledgment no can I help. When I asked do we go inside to drop off he just said yeah with a bad attitude. Sorry for the question the last time I was there I was asked to drive through and they take our car. He was just overly rude.

This is for the service department. So I recently brought my jeep in for routine service, and to address a couple other issues I was having, and I left there beyond impressed with the Chrysler Dodge Jeep St Augustine service department!! The staff was so friendly, helpful and efficient!! I have been to several different dealerships in the past and this is by far the best service I have ever received in my 35 year driving history!! They managed to do an oil change, tire rotation, replacement of a sun visor and a new auxiliary battery for my stop start feature, in less than 1.5 hours.. I just can’t say it enough, how blown away I am with the excellence of this service department!!! I will never again drive anything but a jeep and I will continue to drive a longer distance just to get to them!! By the way, I was equally impressed with the car salesman and entire sales team when I bought my jeep last year!!

This Toyota dealership is the benchmark for what Toyota dealerships should be. Since moving to Florida I have dealt with multiple Toyota dealerships and Beaver Toyota tops them all! No need to be constantly looking over your shoulder here, they always take the high road and try to do the right thing. It was a refreshing experience from the moment we contacted Mike Elkin through Cars.com. Mike did a fantastic job taking care of us and quickly wrapping up our purchase. The dealer and purchase fees are fair here and disclosed up front (unlike other Toyota dealerships that hide huge used car fees). They are a two hour drive from us, but honestly we are excited to return just to visit again.

Missing a few things that could really make it better. Homelink for garage door isn’t offered? Doesn’t come with a receiver type hitch however what does comes with it is almost the same amount of steel. The phone charger doesn’t work quite right and they know it.

As much as we love our Honda's we make sure we go to the BEST DEALERS in the city. My husband & I have purchased 5 cars and on 10/27/2018 was our 6th vehicle purchased! We are ALWAYS given the best service, honesty and great valve on the cars. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and could of gone anywhere else in Jacksonville but we stayed with who has been loyal to us as we have been loyal customers to them. Rory is definitely an awesome guy who has known us since we 1st step foot on their lot and been coming back ever since. Zac Hewitt was an amazing guy who made sure we were taken care of and made sure he followed up on everything from beginning to the end! I've owned every other American truck and this is my first GMC. I bought the 2500 HD Texas Edition. I absolutely love this truck. It's everything I could have hoped for and more. It is able to pull my 30' travel trailer with no problems. So now when we go out with our trailer I'll have no worries. The look and feel of the truck is outstanding. The 6.6L gas engine actually gets great gas mileage. It gets about the same as my Ford f150 ecoboost. Probably better on the highway. Looking at about 13 miles in the city and 15 plus on the highway. Definitely got a better truck for the price compared to any other american models with the same characteristic and options.

I'm about to put my first set a tires on it and brakes other than that I don't plan on getting rid of it it's never let me down and after reading all the other reviews it makes me realize they don't make them like they used to as they used too!
