Earlier this year I sold my 2017 Jetta to Ide through Kiersten and received the price I was looking for. Then recently I worked with Kiersten to trade in my older 2016 VW GTI in order to purchase a new 2023 VW GTI Autobahn. I believe I was given a fair price for my trade-in and was able to negotiate a fair price for the new car, which seemed agreeable to all parties involved. If I knew someone who was interested in purchasing a VW from Ide, I would definitely direct that person to Kiersten.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I was quite surprised about the no-pressure buying experience I had when I went to look at a car I saw on the internet. Everything was nice and simple and I felt as if they really try to set me, the customer, at ease. Nothing changed when I entered the finance manager's office, no pressure. I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I have purchased 3 vehicles from White Horse Automotive in the last year. I do not get the skeevy salesman vibe like i did when i went to the big box dealership. I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

Had a Kia Sportage stolen around Thanksgiving of last year. The collision shop in Henrietta was very very helpful and accommodating. The car was totaled. However. Went to BJ MAZDA dealership interested in a used CX-30. Salesman didn't seem to interested in helping me out. Conversation lasted about 5 mins Ended up buying one from a another Mazda dealership that afternoon.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!

Nice dealer Ryan and he showed his integrity about the vehicle that has accident and it was repaired nicely. He was not pushy. However, we are still waiting for the vehicle to be done with the inspection and released.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

The reason I'm giving Kaplan 5 Stars is I had gotten sick and couldn't keep my appointment. I didn't send them a email but didn't hear back. But in all my year and I'm 65.. This business took time to talk with. I am hoping we touch base soon. If a Dealership spends time talking and understanding. This someone I want to do business with.

Bought it from my sister. Best vehicle I've owned. Very comfortable and has plenty of power. Love it. It's like anything else you own, regular care & maintenance goes a long way.
