I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

The dealership was very helpful and in finding a decent vehicle that fits my individual need with what I can afford. It is a Christian based location and the employee were all willing to help me. They were patient and aren't the kind of place who try's to get over on anyone. They helped me with coverage and warranty. I'd like to make a shout out to Erick who certainly works there. This has helped my credit improve already and it's only been 3 months which I am so grateful for... They also helped me with affordable monthly payments based of my hourly wages and by weekly pay... Then when you think you'll spend over for vehicle service, you don't. They provide Uber as well if you don't have a ride while your car is taken care of... They will guide you every step of the way and throw every process. They will even help you with being approved 😀!!! I have never worked there and I've never bought a car from a dealership before. Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I needed a new pickup and while I wanted a Ford F150 I could not find one set up how I wanted. When I did the Ford dealers didn't want to give what I felt my trade in was worth. I got what I wanted and got a great deal on a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Elevation. It is even set up better than the F150's I was looking for and at a better price. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

I previously wrote a review back in 2021 While I was leasing this vehicle. Which still shows up. I just wanted to give an update. I ended up purchasing it after the lease ended. So glad I did. I absolutely love this vehicle. Everything about it. Minus the high back end and price of gas but you're gonna get that with V8 engine. Have had since the spring of 2020. Haven't had any issues at all. Still would highly recommend. Comfort, look, safety, practical, A+ Best vehicle I have ever bought. I would normally have been in a new vehicle by now, I use to upgrade every couple years but not after this purchase, Still very 😊 happy

overall i like the truck alot, its a very dependable vehicle. it has its little quirks for a used truck. there's little things like the drivers door switch for the mirrors and the door locks that are not working as of now but i haven't taken the time to look into it as of yet. minor to me and i'm sure i can fix for a few bucks. nice riding and driving truck i would buy again.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

This was just a regular service appointment. It went as smooth as ever. I have never had issues with this dealership so far. All the service reps are friendly and helpful.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Great experience with this dealership. Was kept in contact with every step of the way. I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

Our 2021 Terrain SLT is really a nice auto. Gets great 30 MPG approximately, But, 0 to 60 is lacking horsepower. Great Little highway auto. Comfortable.....
