Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. Thank you so much especially being a widow it’s so nice to have dependable people like Steve and Lexus of Greenville to help me. I won’t use anyone else and will recommend you.

Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Excellent and reliable, only thing buyers have to do is buy a AFM disabler that you can stick into OBD2 port to avoid lifter failure (longer story, nobody wants a V8 to run in V4)

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

I purchased my 2016 GMC Terrain SLT in 2018 as a gently used vehicle with only 21,000 miles on it. I never had issues with it. I kept it regularly serviced and had to replace tires. At now over 93,000 it has been a comfortable and very reliable car. The only feature I wished it had was rear air conditioning. Living here in the SE it gets hot and it takes a “minute” to get the back of the vehicle cooled down. However, I rarely have back seat passengers, and thankfully, the really hot weather lasts only a few months! I have been very pleased with this car and would recommend it to others. I traded it in a week ago for a larger car only because I need the room for a grandchild, and my elderly parents.

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. Being 73 years old, I have bought a lot of cars from dealerships during my lifetime and this was one of the more pleasant experiences. Our sales person, Robert Kinney, was friendly, helpful, and considerate of our time. The deal he presented was straightforward and fairly priced, so we had to do only a small amount of negotiating and we got to a deal quickly. It was a pleasure not to have to go through the usual "B.S." and time wasting. We would buy a car there again.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.
