Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

I've owned this GMC Sierra 1500 All Terrain since it was 8 months old. With the exception of two warranty issues (failing power brake vacuum pump and transmission electrical harness), I have been totally happy with this truck. Up until now, my 1996 Chevrolet K1500 Silverado with it's 5.7L Vortec engine was my favorite truck of all time, this GMC (5.3L LS engine, 8 speed automatice) has earned the top spot now of my all time favorite truck. It is comfortable to drive, and runs as good as the day I bought it over 5+ years ago. I've got 71.5K miles on it. My biggest issue is I wished it had the 6.2L engine for better towing capabilities. Other than that ... love this truck.

Had under panel lose from missing screws. The service personnel was very courteous and helpful. They managed to fix the problem that very Friday afternoon.

Good day/evening to all you readers. I rarely, if ever, write reviews. I am making an exception for J.J. and Car Stars, simply because of the experience. My wife and I needed a vehicle in a bad way, and were a bit dubious, due to past experiences with the dreaded "sales experience", and getting snookered. HAving set the stage, I was astounded at the lengths that JJ went to ensure that we had the best possible deal, and also explained EVERY aspect in clear and concise terms. Not once was he pushy, or arrogant, or disinterested. Buying a car on a note is not something I do frequently, so I probably will not do it again for many years, BUT if I am in the market, I will make the trek to Car Stars, and give them my money and time. I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado at Fall Creek Motor Cars and I am very happy with my purchase. The truck is in excellent condion with low miles. I would definitely refer all my friends and family to this dealership.

First , I bought gas 6.0 , the diesels are great if you have serious towing needs. You just need to realize no matter how well you maintain a diesel it will at some point have an expensive repair. I've had my truck about 12 years. Regular maintenance , a few batteries , couple sets of tires and a MAF sensor. I tow a couple different trailers and the heaviest is less than 10k loaded. Towing , zero issues , no band aids , no overloads , no equalizing hitch , no sway control. Simply not needed. Drives amazing, stops great, Roughly 10 to 12 MPG towing. Unloaded driving at 60 / 65 on cruise solid 15 to 16 MPG. Yes , it won't pul the hills like a diesel but thats a small price to pay for an absolutely amazing truck. I want a new truck in the worst way but just can't part with this truck. A very good truck if you find a clean well maintained one.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.
