I am a 3-time repeat customer. My experiences have been positive in that I find a car online in Carmax inventory, request that it be brought to Loveland when a salesperson lets me know it has arrived. There is no pressure to buy the one you selected, but I did, and all transactions are for the price stated. No time is wasted negotiating. The service warranty is worth it to me also.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

Bought a demo car . The Acadia has been great . Wife’s car . She likes it . Roomy and good gas mileage . Would also make a great road trip vehicle if I didn’t have a full size Ram .

I fell in love with my GMC Terrain when I test drove it and have not lost that loving feeling! I have received tons of compliments on it.

I got my Savana (Same as Chevy Express) Cargo van to use occasionally like a pickup. I prefer the enclosed van to keep cargo dry. I don't use it much, but I like it a lot. The old style is much more solid than the newer euro-style vans, and much better looking. It's worse on gas of course, but has the power to pull. The 2500 I have rides a bit rough, with 60-80 lb of air in the tires! But it handles and runs very nice for a work vehicle. I've had no trouble at all in 6 years. This year was my first maintenance repair, taking brakes, battery, and a TPS resetting. It's only got 22k on it, so you may need brakes sooner. I love the truck for all these reasons, but especially because it's the classic look from a simpler, more sane time.

In December 2017, I was rear-ended in traffic, completely smashing my 2007 Tuscon. I loved that car. When it came time to replace it, I wanted the same car, with the same features, and nothing less. I started working with a broker to help me find the car I wanted. But after delays, lack of follow up, I thought I would have to settle on something else. He worked with me as I finalized my financing with my own bank, and when I went to purchase the car 15 minutes before closing time, Ryan had everything ready to go, the plates loaded on the car so all I had to do was sign and drive away. It was the best, and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I LOVE my new car. I got everything I wanted and stayed within budget and I didn't have to negotiate on a price. Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

Started off rough with lack of communication on the salesmen s part but once one of the sales managers got involved it was a little better. Never did get a Thank you from the salesman or the sales manager, i think it just slipped the salesman's mind because he was very helpful at the end. Spend that kind of money and nothing.

I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

After a traumatic car accident I went for an estimate at the collision center and spoke to Travis S. He could not have been kinder or more knowledgeable. He basically wiped the accident away from the quarter panel and let me know it was about $500 damage. What a relief to get an honest appraisal. I will refer everyone here and to speak to Travis. Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

I've owned my 2015 Acadia Denali since 74900 miles were on it and it drives great! I hear things on its quality but in my experience it's been a joy to own.

So comfortable and easy to work with. Felt like it was exchanged between someone I have known for a long time. Very accommodating with my schedule.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Customer service was great service department was great the only complaint that I have is when I have an appointment for 1:30 and it is two and a half hours later when they get finished do not understand why it takes that long when you have an appointment

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

It was worth the drive from Silverthorne to remedy a situation with a used Lexus GX460 that I acquired from WCG. The sales personnel were helpful, courteous, and professional and instilled confidence in me to return for future product and to refer anybody to go there for new or used vehicles and service. My truck has a great appearance, inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive; and rides and performs great. It is the best truck I've ever owned.

First , I bought gas 6.0 , the diesels are great if you have serious towing needs. You just need to realize no matter how well you maintain a diesel it will at some point have an expensive repair. I've had my truck about 12 years. Regular maintenance , a few batteries , couple sets of tires and a MAF sensor. I tow a couple different trailers and the heaviest is less than 10k loaded. Towing , zero issues , no band aids , no overloads , no equalizing hitch , no sway control. Simply not needed. Drives amazing, stops great, Roughly 10 to 12 MPG towing. Unloaded driving at 60 / 65 on cruise solid 15 to 16 MPG. Yes , it won't pul the hills like a diesel but thats a small price to pay for an absolutely amazing truck. I want a new truck in the worst way but just can't part with this truck. A very good truck if you find a clean well maintained one.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!
