I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.

I had my 2020 Terrain for 5 years before I had any major issues out of it. My brake booster needed replaced. After about a month of it being out the shop someone hit and totaled it. Very sad day. I love my Terrain

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

He was very friendly and gave off a great vibe. During my appointment, people were pulling at him left and right from constant phone calls to in house interruptions. He handled every distraction with extreme patience and professionalism. Even though I couldn't get into the car that I had chosen online, Joseph showed me several options and made the process so pleasant. I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

About two weeks ago, I found a Lexus RC 350 at CarGurus and I stopped by for some window shopping and ran into Lou, who was helping another customer at the time. Even though the showroom was busy, He took the time to greet me and reassured me that someone would be with me shortly. That simple gesture really stood out and made me feel valued, even before I made a decision. After doing my research, I decided to return to ALM Marietta, and I'm so glad I did! I was in the market for a new car for over a year now. It is nerve wrecking and overwhelming. Decide to buy a new or used. I researched, test drive, and contacted over 20 dealers for information. Until I finally found the perfect car for me at the perfect price, while on the CarMax website in Norcross, GA. A 2023 Nissan Pathfinder SV 4WD with 16,500 miles. Practically brand new and at least under $2,000 and the lowest miles from similar vehicles in my area. One great thing about CarMax is that I was able to scheduled the test drive 7 days in advance. They reserved the car for me, no worries about being sold before my test drive. Another great thing about CarMax is the price advertised is the price you pay. Other than tax, title and registration, no other “bogus” fees are added to the price. I only wish they offered special incentives/discounts like military, first responders, student, etc. But, I am extremely happy with my purchase!!! Shout out to salesman Young!!! He is the first person I spoke to; he got the car for my test drive, and in less than 1-2hrs I was on my way home with a new car!!! In other words, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

I bought this truck new 8 years ago (and 77k miles). I use this truck for truck things like towing a 5,200lb trailer @8 times a year. The V6 has plenty of power and gets good mileage (22 mpg combined, 29 highway empty, 15 pulling the trailer). Reliability has been outstanding. The transmission needs a full flush about every 40k to keep it shifting smoothly. Other than that this truck has been without issue.

This was an excellent choice. I really appreciate the patience of the dealership working with me. I think, thought, and over thought this purchase trying to look at every possible angle of why get this vehicle. They had no pressure to buy. They answered any and all questions. They kept offering water/snacks and other amenities for comfort. But no pushy pressure. Patience should be in their title. It was a better experience than I’ve had at other dealerships. Final choice was the iD.4 which they explained everything up front and worked with me to iron out a deal. I tried to look for clues to them being shady or sneaky but it wasn’t there. I feel good about my purchase and would highly recommend them to others. Well done.

We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. I paid over $106,000 for this truck with warranty. Do not care much about miles per gal. at that that price range. Just too much truck for me at my age.

I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

The car is used but in very good condition. Most importantly I didn't spend all day in a dealership. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

check the oil every tank fill, dealer advised if it dropped too far it would scrap the timing chain, interference engine lock up. a 6 inch strip of paint blistered off the roof, the rear deck won't set down horizontal (everything slides to the rear. rides like a limo, handles like a dream, no real probs. 168k on the odo.

I didn't end up buying the used car I was looking for, but wanted to leave a positive review for Garry, the salesperson who helped me, and the dealership as a whole. This is a nicely-appointed place, as you might expect from the high-end cars that they sell. Everyone was friendly and helpful and there was no high-pressure sales pitch. Ultimately I chose a different car at a different dealer, but I can't complain at all about these folks.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

2019 Canyon Denali. All sorts of bells and whistles, several that I don't really need. Biggest complaint: no memory seats and no Homelink garage opener. Ridiculous. What accountant made that decision?

Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.

I purchased to replace a 2017 Tahoe that I loved. Love this vehicle even more. Magnetic ride control, additional safety features the Tahoe did not have are great. Heated steering wheel a great feature. Heated AND cooled seats, will never be without again. Additional power of the Denali 6.2L vs. the 5.3L engine in the Tahoe is impressive. Bose sound system is outstanding.

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Test drive before you buy.....so far it's good but it's expensive for gas to fill up was $70. And city plates is $301 and also the car is heavier than the ford explorer that's why everything is so expensive
