Went to Burns to check out the new 2024 Envision which just started to hit the dealerships long time waiting.DonHarrison was me sales consultant.He had my car appraised I didn't like the numbers this was a 2021 Envision sport pkg. with 33000 miles I told Don cars.com offered me more money.He took the offer to his sales manager who came back a better offer.Don did a very great job while I was finalizing the paper work he went to see if they finished detailing the car. Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

I was there only three months ago for an oil change and I raved about the service. When I came in this time Dan was there again and greeted me with a huge welcoming hello! The team made me feel at home. Offered me coffee and even asked if I needed a ride. I waited for the car to be done. Dan kept me informed along the way. When the car was ready everything was explained to me clearly and that I should return in the next few months for the next mileage service. Car was clean and I was on my way. Thanks again Dan and the rest of the service department. You were absolutely amazing yet again!

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

This place is great. I was so impressed. I am always hesitant to get any car service done but these people treat you like family. It's nice to be able to get a thorough clean after the service too. Loving my car right now thanks to them.

I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

Evan and the tech fixed the exact problem with my dodge & kept me updated during the process. I definitely would come back to Bergey's... oh and Evan let me use his cell charger... customer service was A-1

This truck is the truck that all others should look up to. It rides great, will tow a house, runs smooth, and gets great fuel economy. The Allison transmission is so smooth. The AT4 looks great too.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

Any reviews on this vehicle is not correct. We are first owners and it’s been an excellent truck. We hate to see it go !

It was truly a pleasurable experience and we purchased an excellent vehicle- a 2012 F150 Lariat in great condition. Everyone at CARNDRIVE was pleasant, friendly, courteous, patient, and accommodating. Even the guys detailing the cars. We especially appreciated the finance lesson from Manny. Don’t read the reviews. Go experience it for yourself. You might find exactly what you are looking for. We will be back to purchase one of those pretty cars in a few months. 😊

This wasn't the vehicle I'd gone to the lot to see... But it was parked 2 vehicles down, and the price was $3000 cheaper!! It even has more bells and whistles than the Toyota I'd initially planned on getting. Awesomeness!!

Great truck, solid engine, comfortable, smooth, and it handles great for such a large vehicle. Get one and enjoy miles of roadtrips with all you can tow or haul.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

Didn't have an appointment but woke up with a tire that was flat. I filled it with air and drove to the dealer. Didn't have an appointment but they took it in and repaired the tire and took care of sn oil change and other recommended sarrvice

GMC Diesel Canyon AT4. I've had this truck for a year-11,000 miles. I love it. The Denali and Elevation trim looked like junk. The AT4 can't compete with the Tacoma off road but, It holds it's own off road. The Diesel pulls like a beast and the exhuast brake, on all the moutain passes I drive, is worth it's wieght in Gold. I trailer the max. capacity regularly and it's smooth sailing. I traded in my 2500HD Silverado with the vortec 6.0 for this big, little truck. Best decision I've made in a while. I had this truck on order for 8 months and Gm never accepted the order. I finally found exactly what I ordered, just off the truck that morning that I called. 1300 miles away, I jumped on a plane to go get it. Crying shame GMC discontinued the diesel. The extra $ per gallon right now is easily washed by the increase in mileage, 32+ higway, 19 trallering almost 8000 #'s. I wouldn't want the truck without it. Wouldn't want the Elevation or Denali. Diesel AT4 is the truck. I'll keep it the rest of my life barring accident. I'm sure I can get 40 years out of this truck doing 10-12k a year. The regeneration of the exhaust has never come up but, I only do a little round town driving. Most of my miles are highway and hauling a load. I've heard horror stories about regen. from city folk, commuters... You get what you aim for. If you've given it a lot of thought and the diesel AT4 seems right for you, you won't be disappointed. Good luck finding one. GM - You've a winner here. don't let it get away. Ps. Cars.com doesn't have a choice of how I use this truck for WORK. I went in to test drive a 2017 Acura MDX and Tony helped me with everything. He was very friendly, not pushy at all, took his time with explaining everything. I would honestly recommend this place, and if you go, ask for Tony, great guy!

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.
