I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

I have loved and owned Chevy and GMC midsized trucks since 98 when I purchased a used S-10. My latest purchase is a 2021 GMC Canyon Denali bought brand new. It's been a great truck until my power steering unit went out due to corrosion. It only has 32,200 miles on it and I have never gotten it wet other than car washes and driving in the rain which is normal conditions. I had purchased a mid grade extended warranty through GMC after my lease was up and purchased the truck. I am being told this is NOT covered due to it being external wiring. So I feel this is a manufacturing malfunction and bad engineering for water to be able to get in to cause such corrosion so beware. This is an open case filed with GM currently to hopefully rectify the matter.

They are pretty great, really. The car I went to look at didn't work out, but it was still a good experience. I kinda felt bad that I couldn't buy something from them. If you're looking for something, particularly on a budget, it's worth stopping in.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Bought this 2016 GMC Canyon (4cyl) at car max in 2017 . It was part of a commercial fleet and was well taken care of and low mileage . I’ve only have had one problem and that was in the engine cooling system where I had to replace two hoses and a goose neck . While repairing that I noticed an oil leak around the valve cover so I replaced the gasket . It was under warranty still ( just happened in Jan 2024 ) . I could have repaired it myself but who wants to get all dirty when it can be repaired by GMC at little or no cost to me. It still has 6 months remaining on warranty ( I did purchase from CarMax) hoping it does not need any further repairs . It is 8 years old and according to its records this is the first repair other than natural repair items that had ever been needed . It rides well pulls my utility trailer fully loaded just fine . I also have a 2000 Ranger that I had to replace the tranny on when it was just a few years old . It has never needed any other work. I believe the GMC will last me for years to come . But you never know so I will be buying another after market warranty on it when the time comes . I’ve already added that to a 2015 vehicle I own who’s warranty had expired . I’m a old school mechanic I can repair olde vehicles easily ( compared to todays ) I’m also a former Turbo Prop Mechanic from the Air Force and worked those motors for almost 29 years . I had worked on Piston Air Craft Motors for a few years before the change . A lot like a car piston motor in many ways . Two kinds of piston motors on Air Craft . Line a cars block or a receptacating motor( Round) . Very easy to trouble shoot vs Turbo Prop. Just letting you know that I have experience as a mechanic and know a real problem vehicle when I see one . Would buy a GMC canyon again or maybe go larger due to my new 42 foot long Camper I have rec bought .

I get treated like a VIP customer every time. Owning 4 KIAs, I enjoy my experience when taking in my cars for regular maintenance & service. I get treated so well, that I enjoy bringing treats to the service department. Lots of people say they don't like going to dealerships to have their cars serviced, but I wouldn't want to take my car any other place. My last service advisor was Keaton. He did a great job of making me feel completely comfortable.

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

I love my 2018 GMC Acadia just wished windows were tinted and had a tv for kids and grandkids overall I have had this truck for 2 years and I Love it and use it for family drives cuz of how much room it has I have even used it for work meetings and we all travel to the meeting together .

I set an appointment for 9:00. I arrived at the dealership's service entrance shortly before that time. I was immediately ushered in by a service technician who pleasantly greeted me and asked me to leave my vehicle running with the keys on the dash. He then escorted me to Chuck Reckers, who would take care of me. Chuck was also very pleasant and efficient, executed the necessary paperwork and had me sign those same papers to verify the service that was to be performed. Chuck said everything would be accomplished in about 1 and 1/2 hours. Following that, he escorted me to the beautiful customer's waiting room. The area was spotless, had sofas, work tables and complimentary WIFI setups as well as soft drinks, coffee, ice water and snacks. Very impressive! At about 10:10, Chuck came back to tell me my vehicle's maintenance had been accomplished and I was all set to leave. I love it when companies under promise and over deliver and that's what Jake Sweeney Jeep did for me.

I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides

Test drive before you buy.....so far it's good but it's expensive for gas to fill up was $70. And city plates is $301 and also the car is heavier than the ford explorer that's why everything is so expensive

Sean was very helpful. I contacted them about a car before I went there. Sean test drove the car and shot a personal video for me to see the car. He was friendly in person and helped with the test drive. I ended up not buying the car, but Sean was still friendly as we parted. Good selection of quality cars. Will consider them for future car purchases.

Just purchased this vehicle a little over a month ago. Love the ride, the comfort of the seats, and, the body style. My only complaint is that it drifts to the right and the steering wheel is several degrees to the left after two trips to the dealer where we purchased it. I will probably have to pay to take it to a known, excellent alignment shop.

They explain the services I need, and I feel that they are honest and not trying to make me pay for things I don't need. My car is running so smooth. Since I brought the car in 2021, I only needed a tire and new battery. How great is that!! Plus, I love seeing the friendly dog. It feels like a family here.

This is a luxury suv with plenty of room. I'm still learning the features. It is a smooth ride with a great interior. Great for towing a popup camper.

I bought a 2016 Yukon XL and after just a few weeks, a vehicle ran a stop sign and totaled the vehicle. However, the vehicle was so sturdy that even though it was a huge crash, I was not injured more than bruises. I replaced it with a 2018 Yukon XL because I know it is reliable and safe.

On my 7th one. That should say it all. Quality crafted, full of great features, super smooth ride and plenty of room for up to 8 people plus a ton of gear.

Dave at Lanigan’s Auto was extremely helpful. He answered all my questions over the phone and set up a time for me to come look at a car (I was buying from out of state). Everything was ready for me when I got there. I purchased my dream car from him. He made it so easy! Bought the car CPO in summer 2021 with 38k miles. Now being summer 2024 with 90k miles and I’ve mostly had good luck with the car and its components. I have the extended warranty through 100k miles but I feel like all American cars are built to fail after the warranty runs out. Overall great car: I have the 2.0L turbo engine with 9 speed auto and AWD. AWD is great when turned on, grips the road well, and to be honest the 2.0L has a TON of power; way more than you need for a compact SUV! I had a quick issue around 65k miles where the service traction control and stability light came on for 15 minutes. Dismissed itself and haven’t had an issue since. At 75k miles, it was during the winter time, the car would display “park break realized” and “service traction control” when the auto start stop would kick back on (there’s no way to shut off the auto start/stop system). No issues and lights but the messages would pop up and dismiss themselves. Little did I know it was my battery dying and my mechanic said “some wires were loose” and he tightened them up. Haven't had an issue since I got a new battery. Last thing that happens is sometimes when you have Apple CarPlay going and you unplug the phone, the infotainment system will freeze and no Bluetooth, usb, or CarPlay will work for the reming duration of the ride unless you stop the car and let it sit for at least 30 minutes. Simply shutting it off and turning it back on never worked. Overall I give this car a good rating for 0-100k miles. I am pleased with the car but looking for something bigger soon. I think I did overpay a bit for it ($30k for 38k miles) since I got it summer of 2021 when new cars were nonexistent!
