He was easy to talk to, incredibly patient, and thorough in answering all of my questions. One thing that really stood out was the way he took the time to visually explain the difference between buying and leasing…something that can feel overwhelming. He broke it down in a way that actually made sense, and I never once felt pressured. Instead, it genuinely felt like he had my best interests in mind. There was none of the typical sales pitch energy that can make car buying stressful, which I truly appreciated. Cody also went above and beyond by moving a vehicle indoors so I could look it over comfortably despite the freezing temperatures and high winds. He made sure I fully understood the deal and then walked me through the vehicle so I felt confident using everything before leaving. I also want to recognize Tito and Ray in the finance department. They made that part of the process incredibly smooth, taking the time to explain each form clearly and walking me through everything step by step. Their attention to detail was impressive. Overall, this was unlike any car-buying experience I’ve had before. I never felt rushed or treated like just another number. Every associate I worked with, from sales to finance, clearly cared about delivering exceptional service. I can’t recommend Frank Leta Honda enough.

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

2024 GMC sierra 1500 duramax 3.0 is great truck. Great ride and great MPG. 100% recommend to any prospective buyer. Love the truck and how it perform.

Most dealers are a bunch of vultures. But I worked with Nicholas Polanowski from Laura Automotive and it was best experience i have had at a dealership. I havent purchased my jeep but Nicholas will be the only salesman I work with. Very professional and understanding that I live over 2 hours away and can't just hop on over to test drive. Never pushed anything, let me do all the talking, unless he was answering questions. To often salesmen are to pushy. I requested info on a vechile and within a few minutes of sending an email I was contacted by two people, before being assigned to Nicholas. We will be buying a vechile very soon and will he driving over 2 hours just to use Laura Automotive.

Am in disbelief every week at the Gas Pumps. Thou a big truck, mileage per gallons are 18 +. Last week it was 22.8. This week 19.78.

Brought my daughter to look at a new car. Put her in touch with Brook Winter. She walked away with a new GMC Arcadia. She is so very happy with her new SUV. She also was so pleased at the service she received from the time we entered the door until we left 3 hours later. We now have 2 Cadillacs and now she has her SUV. Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

handles and drives great, the electronics don't always work, mirrors don't always work, spray with wd 40, check engine light, EVAP culprit, auto nation has no luck with this, will drive it till the warrenty expires and its back to ford for me

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

Chris Johnson in the service dept. was awesome! I had a major engine problem and talked to Chris who instructed me to bring my car in so he could look at it. This truck is great if your not trying to haul 10k lbs. For every day use it's great on gas and I fit everything I need in the bed.

They stayed late to get it done and even went to buy batteries for my remote. They also have the FOREVER warranty that is amazing bumper to bumper as long as you own the car. Totally worth the drive. These guys were so easy to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They even have concierge service for free including bringing you a rental even for routine maintenance! You won't find a better deal, better people, or better service in St. Louis...maybe anywhere. Can not say how impressed I am with these folks. I bought this truck new 1/22. Have put over 100K miles in 2-½ years. No problems. Have 5.3L and 10-speed. Very reliable. Nothing has gone wrong. I feel the seat cushions are too short for someone over 6’.

I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Our AT4X has been an excellent mid-size truck. The ride is shockingly smooth and the engine has a lot of torque. Wish the interior had less plastic and GM's failure to have a rear view camera mirror or controls for garage/gate contols is inexcusible. Overall, could not be more pleased with this truck.

I love my Acadia Denali. It is fully loaded with anything you can think of.I love the V6 engine and how smooth it drives and rides
