I bought my 2020 with 36k miles a couple of years ago and I now have 60k miles of trouble free very enjoyable driving. It was expensive, but worth every penny. The ride is so quiet and comfortable my wife and I prefer traveling in it instead of our 2018 Acura MDX which we also love. The 5.3 V8 has plenty of power and towing ability. The multi-function tail gate is genius, I hope to never be without one again. We so enjoy all the bells and whistles, especially the wireless phone charger. So glad I bought this truck!

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

2021 GMC sierra 1500, 5.3, crew cab 4x4, 21000 miles. brakepad monitor lites up. dealership says needs brakes and rotors in back. one mo. on warranty. our rural roads dirty up the monitor. Needs new monitor. brakes look great to me. No noises. dealer says parts on order GM strike. Can't replace myself cause of computer...

The sales department, they are top notch, good credit, bad credit, whatever your situation, they will do everything they can to get you in that car of your dreams! I purchased a used convertible and hated it, I only owned it for a year or so and desperately wanted to trade it in for a new Camaro. I knew with the convertible being financed, it would be hard to get into a new Camaro with most likely being upside down on the original loan. To my surprise, Jonathan from sales was able to get me in this brand news SS Camaro, which as I mentioned, never thought possible. AND without being upside again. The service department is also top notch! They can work on any car, not just GM vehicles. I take my Lexus to them, my daughter took her Challenger to them, and the prices are more affordable than what you would think for a dealership. They go over your car top to bottom to make sure the issues you have are fixed and your car is back to running as it should. If they happen to notice something else going on or something that could be an issue later down the road, they will inform you of the problem. They will never overcharge you, never fix something without telling you, no surprises at R&R. The body shop, I have used their body shop multiple times & my husband recently bought a classic vehicle and decided to change truck beds on it. We had no idea what paint color was used on this truck and how we would match it. Thankfully Les from the body shop, not only matched the color perfect, he came to our home with his equipment to match the color, I have never had anyone even think to bring their equipment to your home. Another thing I’d like to add, just this week, my car was having service done at R&R & I had an injury at home & needed to get to urgent care. I got the call my car was ready for pickup & I explained my situation & that I probably wouldn’t get there until my husband got home later in the afternoon. June from the service department was so kind to have one of the drivers, Rusty, bring my car to me so I could get my injury taken care of. You will NOT find this type of service at any other dealership. These are just a few ways that the staff at R&R go above and beyond for their customers! From the minute you walk in the door, they make you feel welcome and part of their family and the relationship you have with them, lasts forever. Excellent riding quiet car with double DVD screens for the kiddo's. Plenty of power to pass and the safety features like adaptive cruise yield a well rounded vehicle.

The sales person Luis was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. He drove it 3.5 hrs so I can have it in time for a road trip. Also they managed to beat the best APR I got from a credit union. All in all it was a professional and positive experience.

This truck is the base model and that is exactly what we were looking for. A good solid truck without all the fancy technology. It drives like a dream, handles just as well and the interior is sleek and well designed. Perfect black on black exterior.... a man's truck.

Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Regular service, oil change, grease and tire rotation. The car needed a good wash and they did that too. All very timely and at reasonable cost. We bought this car used and have been getting it serviced here since buying it. Service has always been wonderful.
